Restaurantes en Turville Heath

Excellent 1st visit to The Chequers despite having lived in the area for many years, delighted by our experience, our table was tight to the bar, even though there was a group of ramblers that felt the need to individually purchase their own drink, and form a disorderly line along the entire length of the bar and who seemed oblivious to the fact that they were wearing rucksacks!! This is not the business' fault and the rest of our occasion was very good

We had a fabulous evening with friends at this great restaurant. Everyone was friendly and helpful creating a wonderful ambience and a memorable evening with fantastic food and wine. It is clear that they are all proud of their new venture and so they should be. Deeply connected to the locality by their farm and producing high quality delicious locally sourced plates. We will be back and soon! Thank you so much!

Wonderful evening. Great food and service. Will be back.

Great staff - really enjoyed the food Strudel for dessert was a great end.

It’s great to see this pub open again. It is such an amazing building and location. The new owners are doing a great job and the Thai pop up kitchen serves great food. A local classic car club were back for their second visit in a month, so it must be good! Only two things to note, they were quite busy when we went, and I believe they had a couple of staff missing, so service could have been faster, but we weren’t in a hurry, so no problem. The other thing is that vegetarians are very limited for choice at the moment. You have to ask for a vegan Pad Thai specifically, or you might get fish sauce and prawns! Apart from those teething problems it was excellent and we will be back!
