The menu celebrates magnificent local ingredients, resulting in dishes that are both fresh and deeply delicious. The star of the night was undoubtedly the beef, sourced locally and prepared to absolute perfection, it was tender, flavorful, and expertly executed. Paired with a service team that is attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely exceptional, our evening was flawless from start to finish. We finally got to the Duck last night and it was amazing 👏 The food was delicious, perfectly spiced and full of flavour. The sea bass was insanely good and huge, the lamb sooo tasty oh and I could've eaten a bucket of the prawns with the chips! We had lots of dishes and they were all perfect. The deserts were spot on too, unusual and so tasty. Your team were on it, friendly and very knowledgeable. We will be back to try more dishes and the Sunday Lunch 😍

Regular visitor and it never disappoints. Fish and chips are excellent and so is the crispy chilli beef salad. Friendly and welcoming staff, nothing is too much trouble.

It’s great to see this pub open again. It is such an amazing building and location. The new owners are doing a great job and the Thai pop up kitchen serves great food. A local classic car club were back for their second visit in a month, so it must be good! Only two things to note, they were quite busy when we went, and I believe they had a couple of staff missing, so service could have been faster, but we weren’t in a hurry, so no problem. The other thing is that vegetarians are very limited for choice at the moment. You have to ask for a vegan Pad Thai specifically, or you might get fish sauce and prawns! Apart from those teething problems it was excellent and we will be back!
