    Regular visitor and it never disappoints. Fish and chips are excellent and so is the crispy chilli beef salad. Friendly and welcoming staff, nothing is too much trouble.

    Spur of the moment decision to have a meal on route home from Oxford. Looked at maps and found this lovely pub just off the A34. Easy to book a table on line and lucky as the restaurant was full as we left! Service was good. Friendly staff. Food delicious. Excellent fish and chips and a sea bass. We had had a busy day so only stayed for mains as we were tired. Glad we stopped, nice little find.

    Food was very tasty, good value and not too big a portion size. Service excellent and staff friendly and helpful. Shame it was so empty but hopefully this will improve. Would recommend to others and will definitely be back.
