Draw the curtains half way next time. People in the corner seats by the Bar could not see the DJ and the crowd.

The room itself has outstanding decor and ambiance, and the DJs were all great. Wonderful plush bench style seating for a date night. The only hiccup we experienced was a very annoying large screen television in the space that completely ruined the vibe. We were initially told it would be turned off as soon as the soccer game was over so we agreed to stay, and then after several additional requests once the game finished, they refused to turn it off. It’s in a location that no one can really see anyway, but the light and changing screens it emitted created a very irritating distraction from the dark, intimate and romantic environment. Two thumbs down for that. If management would ever realize that a television does not belong in this beautiful, lush, dark room then I would say it’s a must experience .

Great service. Sangria was excellent. Very loud, you can’t have any conversation there.

Third time at Rouge Room. Very disappointing. The key is coming on the right day and getting the right table if you aren’t interested in standing at the bar or dancing in the center. We were there in a cold night. They sat us at what I would call the kiddy table—a horrible orphan of a two-top practically in the walkway to the pool. Staff kept opening the door every few minutes, creating a wind vortex that chilled us to the bone. We will always ask to see the table from now on and decline if we are about to be seated in a crappy spot.

Didn’t know what to expect when I made the reservation. Wait service was so phenomenal that we gave rave reviews to the general manager while we were there. It was so lovely to sit outdoors, poolside at night while having cocktails with friends.

The music was absolutely atrocious. It was a country band, and they were so loud, it was impossible to talk at all and was so bad. Won't be going back!
