    My first time enjoying lunch at our favourite restaurant in Central Oregon and it once again wowed me. Delicious, intentionally prepared food, the freshest ingredients, complete trust that what I chose was Gluten and Dairy Free. I wish everywhere offered this kind of culinary experience. Plus warm, helpful and knowledgeable servers. April was amazing. Thank you. Can't wait for our next visit.

    It is so wonderful to have a top-tier restaurant in downtown Redmond that serves excellent food, presented by courteous and knowledgeable servers. Sometimes we forget to go back to the Brickhouse, but last night’s dinner reminded us that we need to support them more frequently.

    The steak was excellent. Came exactly the way we ordered...medium rare. All the sides were delicious and the Huckleberry pie and ice cream was perfect!

    We stayed at Brasada Ranch and ate here twice during our stay. We had amazing meals both nights. The beet salad is a must!! I had the beef stroganoff (not your grandma's stroganoff) and my husband had the pork loin the first night. The second night, I had the halibut and my husband had the lamb shank - both were excellent. It was my birthday, so they gave us a complimentary dessert (the chocolate mousse) Very nice touch!!
