At Thanh Dat we honour the traditions of Vietnamese home cooking by serving richly flavoured dishes based on recipes handed down through generations. Our signature dish is Pho Thanh Dat “The Lot” featuring a deeply aromatic bone broth with beef offcuts, brisket, tendon, tripe, beef balls, short-rib and optional bone marrow or wagyu.     It was a lovely night at the loft. Great meeting place if you want to catchup and enjoy meaningful conversation. Not noisy at all. The only negatives were that when sitting, outside on a hot evening, fans would have been great. Also the air conditioning from above floors were spitting water which did not seem healthy.
