Overlooking the World Heritage listed Budj Bim Cultural Landscape, the Bush Tucker Café offers a dining experience deeply connected to Country and culture. Bush tucker inspired dishes sit alongside familiar favourites, ensuring something for every taste. Native ingredients feature across the menu, with Smoked Kooyang (eel), influencing many flavours. The Signature Kooyang Tasting Platters invite guests to explore traditional foods through a contemporary lens, celebrating one of the world’s oldest known aquaculture systems. The menu caters for a wide range of dietary needs, with many gluten free and dairy free options available.Open daily 9am–4pm.
