Al J. Schneider was a true Louisville visionary who was responsible for changing the landscape of Louisville. Mr. Schneider built hotels, schools, banking institutions, office complexes and medical facilities but his greatest achievement was his family. Mr. and Mrs. Schneider had six children, grandchildren, great grandchildren. In the Schneider family Sunday dinner was a time when they could all sit around a table and be together. In homage to the Schneider family Sunday supper, we have created AL’s Table.
