They went out of their way to make sure I had something to eat when I had a medical issue. My husband had one of the best chicken sandwiches he’s ever had. We will be back.

Really enjoyed the food here. Top notch Chinese food in the heart of Newcastle. Our server was informative and attentive.m One small issue - both the Hoisin sauce for the roast duck and the oyster sauce for the vegetables appeared to have been watered down and therefore lost a lot of flavour. Would certainly go back here though

This was my first visit to Thirsty Messiah. Food was nice, reasonably priced, with prompt table service. Good choices and variation of food. Tasty variety of their brand-named beers. Owners Thomas & Libby are friendly and very hospitable approachable hosts, that offer a venue with a friendly unique atmosphere. Nice intimate setting to listen to live music, good quality sound and clear overall viewing of artists on stage. Check it out! I'll be back and recommend a visit!!

We were lucky enough to win an Instagram giveaway to enjoy an evening on Charlie’s Rooftop! My husband and I had such a lovely evening with great food and drink & friendly staff. We will be back!!

I like the Pork Mulita - always good, or the fish tacos love them too. We were a large group, the service was fast and friendly, we always know we can get in and out within the hour. On this occasion, one of the meals (vegitarian and one of the first orders put through) was later to arrive than the others arriving when most of us had finished eating. Other than that - it's always a good experience here.
