At Incendio, fire means more than heat in an oven, it's a symbol of purpose, passion, and community. Housed in Augusta's Historic Engine Co. No. 7, we honor a legacy of service. Where firefighters once protected the city, we now ignite opportunity for those too often overlooked. Our mission is simple: a place where everyone has a seat at the table. We are committed to inclusion, creating meaningful work, training, and connection for adults with disabilities, where their talents truly shine.Just as the firehouse united people in times of need, Incendio brings people together through food, compassion, and warmth.Rooted in Neapolitan tradition, every dish is crafted with the same care we pour into our team and community. The wood-fired oven glowing like the heart of the firehouse reminds us that fire can nourish, empower, and spark change. This is more than a restaurant. It's a movement a chance to share a meal and belong to a community where everyone thrives.
