And I say experience because every bite is an explosion of different tastes. We stopped eating meat seven years ago, and it is amazing to see how their chef transforms plant-based food into something that looks and feels so much like fish. And the staff are wonderful too; always friendly, calm and professional. They make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The presentation, flavours and textures are incredible.
