【Operating Hours】Lunch: 11:30 AM – 3:00 PM (Last order: 2:00 PM)Dinner: 5:30 PM – 10:30 PM (Last order: 9:00 PM)【Reservation Policy】・On May 1–3, May 8–10, and May 20, a minimum order of one main course per person is required.・Reservations open at 11:30 AM on the 1st of each month for the following month. Bookings for both the current and following month are accepted. Special holidays such as Valentine’s Day and Christmas may have separate reservation schedules.・Online reservations are limited to parties of up to 8 guests. For groups of 9 or more, or for private dining room bookings, please contact the restaurant directly by phone or email during business hours.・A deposit of NT$500 per person is required to secure a reservation. Reservations are confirmed once credit card prepayment is completed and a confirmation email/SMS is received.・Please double-check your reservation details (date, time, name, number of guests, and dietary restrictions) before completing the booking.・Online reservations accept VISA, MasterCard, and JCB only.・Reservations are accepted via phone, the official website “Contact Us” form, or the online reservation system only. Reservations via social media messages or other unofficial channels are not accepted. Thank you for your understanding.・Reservations will be held for 15 minutes. If you are running late, please notify the restaurant by phone (+886-2-8501-5900).・For any changes or cancellations, please inform us at least 6 hours prior to your reservation via phone or the online system.・Cancellations made within 6 hours of the reservation time or no-shows will incur a fee of NT$500 per person, charged to the credit card provided at booking.・Please indicate any special requests (dietary restrictions, allergies, celebration notes, preferred service language) when making your reservation.・The restaurant reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.・For private events or special bookings, please contact us via phone or email at taipei.dz@ruthschris.com.tw.・On Saturdays, Sundays, and special holiday evenings, dining time is limited to 2 hours.【Important Notes】・Outside food and beverages are not permitted.・If you require special assistance (e.g., high chairs, accessibility needs), please note it in the remarks section.・Seating arrangements are subject to availability; specific seat requests cannot be guaranteed.・Due to limited space, please inform us in advance if there are any changes to the number of guests.・Pets are not allowed, except for guide dogs.・A corkage fee applies: NT$500 per bottle (750ml; larger bottles will be charged proportionally).
