Koisan's dining experience can be approached one of two ways. Diners can request the dining room where the kitchen menus such as the Seafood Tokyo Udon Pasta, or the or Miso Black Cod Entrees are available; or request the sushi bar to order sushi and sashimi such as Toro (Bluefin Tuna Belly) or Tai (Sea Bream) a la carte with the help of our skilled chef Ken.
