Relaxed fine dining by the sea. This was a lovely experience from start to finish. A warm welcome and nice simple menu options of 3 or 4 courses. Plus extras! We chose the short menu and were surprised by lovely little extras between courses. The atmosphere was relaxed in a large dining/pub setting but most definitely a cut above even the finest of pub grub. Staff were attentive and we weren't rushed - offered breaks between courses if we had wanted them. This is a tasting style menu but with no skimping - plates were full and we were fully satisfied after our meal.

Outstanding. We had a wonderful Sunday lunch. Food was delicious, restaurant comfortable and spacious and the service was great. My parents love coming here when they come to visit. We have nothing to fault and look forward to our next visit. Thank you

Our second visit and, again, absolutely superb food. Highly recommended. The depth of flavour in the dishes was remarkable. The accompanying flight of wines was a revelation in how each one enhanced the flavour experience of the dish.

As ever the whole experience was outstanding, Samuel is an incredibly talented man.
