The Celtic Fringe is our go to for celebrations. We had early reservations, and enjoyed the mellow ambience. We had their cheese fries as an appetizer. So good! Irish cheese, balsamic vinegar! For dinner we had the he house special, Cavan wrapped meatloaf with Celtic baked beans. Spicy, a little sweet. Comfort food. I ordered fish and chips, a filet of fried battered cod, light and crispy. Lovely. We did have dessert. Tuxedo cake, three decadent layers. Chocolate cake, cheesecake, chocolate mousse. So rich, I wanted an espresso with it, but did not ask . We got Branford cherries, an add on with all deserts. I liked it hem. Yes, I could taste the brandy but that was not dominant. And the cherry flavor was wonderful! Also not dry montane. A perfect balance. It was a beautiful celebration meal. Our server was attentive, but not hovering. Worth a trip from anywhere to n the Piedmont

Hibernian Pub has been one of my favorites and better than any pub I went to in Ireland last year. I love its fish and chips! However, we shared the Rachel sandwich, a turkey version of a Reuben. Atmosphere is wonderful!!!
