Aus der Tradition geborenDie Gäste freuen sich auf eine typisch bayerische und mediterrane Frischeküche, die vor allem mit einer besonderen „Zutat“ überzeugt: In der Alten Galerie werden ausschließlich Bioprodukte verwendet. Ein großer Teil davon stammt vom Gut Eichethof, also aus eigener Erzeugung.Ihren Namen hat die „Alte Galerie“ aus Zeiten als hier noch Ausstellungen gezeigt wurden. Heute zeigt sich die ehemalige Galerie in gediegener Ausstattung mit viel Talent fürs Urige. Die kupferverkleidete Theke, die an einen Braukessel erinnert und die Motive von Bierzetteln aus der alten Schlossbrauerei setzen dabei die Akzente.
