With bars in London, Amsterdam & Washington DC, and three-times winner of World’s Best Bar, the team are renowned for bringing together innovation, warm service and excellence.A sibling to Seed Library London, the space bridges two of the world’s great cocktail capitals whilst creating a distinctly local focus as a Manhattan bar. Created as an escape from the busyness of the city, it’s an intimate and comfortable space with a focus on design, music and service that has a warm and welcoming feel.The core concept is to create offerings that are both accessible and deeply considered—a home away from home to create a space to gather over stripped-back yet inventive, natural cocktails, small plates, wines, and beers, alongside some global Lyan classics.
