Aiāna is a modern Canadian restaurant in downtown Ottawa, steps from Parliament Hill. Our cuisine is guided by a simple idea: Canadian terroir through a multicultural lens.We celebrate the ingredients, seasons, producers, and landscapes that define Canada, while bringing the warmth, imagination, and depth of many culinary traditions to the table. Led by Chef Raghav, the kitchen brings discipline, creativity, and deep respect for Canadian ingredients to every dish. The result is expressive Canadian cuisine that feels rooted, worldly, and deeply hospitable. Each plate honours place: the farms, waters, forests, growers, makers, and communities that shape what Canadian food can be.Aiāna offers a polished yet welcoming setting for intimate dinners, business dining, celebrations, and special occasions. With attentive service, a selected wine program, and a calm atmosphere, Aiāna is distinctive—local in spirit, multicultural in perspective, and generous in hospitality.
