    Food choices, presentation and quality outstanding. Staff service of a very high standard. Have been to other Hotel Buffets in Raceview and Redbank Plains and they were quite disappointing compared to Richlands Hotel. I gladly travel about 50klm to Richlands Hotel Buffet from my home. Am I a repeat customer, you bet I am.

    Alberto’s service was outstanding, his recommendations were 10/10 we enjoyed 2 very different cuts of steak with which he was very helpful wine pairing. Will be back :)

    Been here twice now & on both occasions the service has been excellent. Food is delicious. Tables seem decent & level, my only issue was last time our table was quite dirty. Don't know if it was from previous users or our party as I wasn't the first to arrive.
