Mario Lohninger hat mit seinem neuen Lokal den Begriff des „Gasthauses“ neu belebt und zeitgemäß interpretiert. Rundum herrscht eine entspannte und ungezwungene Atmosphäre. Die Karte bietet neben Klassikern wie dem Wiener Schnitzel, Backhendl & Zwiebelrostbraten auch Kärntner Schlutzkrapfen, Bergheufilet und Palatschinken. An die Zeiten der österreichisch-ungarischen Monarchie erinnern Ochsenbackerlgulasch und Kaiserschmarrn, außerdem gibt es fabelhafte Fischgerichte wie ein Black Cod oder geangelten Seewolf. Die Weinkarte zeichnet sich durch sorgfältig zusammengestellte Flaschenweine aus Österreich und Deutschland sowie ebenfalls auch einem gutes Dutzend offener Weine aus. In der zeit zwischen Mittag- und Abendessen dient das Lohninger mit einem Kaffeehauskonzept, von 14:00 bis 18:00 gibt es die Klassiker unter den Wiener Mehlspeisen, hausgemachten Kuchen & herzhafte Snacks.
