Yardbird Southern Table & Bar calificaciones y reseñas
That was our first time at your restaurant. We were celebrating our daughter's high school graduation that day, we chose to go to your restaurant afterwards and we are very glad that we did. The food was amazing. Our server was knowledgeable and friendly. We had a wonderful time. Thank you for an even more unforgettable day. We will definitely be back soon.
$35 for 2 Stone Crabs is just Outrageous.
Server indicated Stone Crabs were on Special.
Two for Price of One . Really you would normally charge $35 for 1 Stone Crab Claw .
Our Fault for not asking price of So Called Special.
Beware and ask Prices of Specials .
Not recommended .
Ahhhmazing gluten free fried chicken that is cooked in a separate frier (I'm Celiac so this is awesome) and cheesy grits!! Husband ate off the normal menu and was in heaven with the Southern comfort food!! I would absolutely go back anytime I'm in town!
We've dined here multiple times and have always enjoyed the food and cocktails. For an early Mother's Day dinner, it was great. Service was timely, accommodating and knowledgeable. The special peach cobbler had a nice spicy kick to it too. If you're into delicious (but pricey) comfort food, this is your place, and having Lincoln Road closeby to walk off the meal is an extra benefit.
We were seated immediately upon arrival, which is always a great way to start things.
The restaurant itself is an easy on the eyes, rustic-chic interior design.
As first time guests, we appreciated having a waiter that was knowledgeable about all of the items on the menu. (We sure did ask a lot of questions.)
We were also pleased with having both an attentive and friendly waiter and the bus girl.
Some of the the menu items are meant to share (i.e. the chicken and waffles and pancakes), so that's something to inquiry about while ordering.
The food was very good, but, in my opinion, over priced. (The chicken and waffles was $36!)
I'd say, if you've never been, go and check it out, at least once.
Great experience at Yardbird! We hadn't been in awhile and there were a lot of changes, but the food was still fantastic. The fried chicken cannot be beat and we tried the butter lettuce grilled mango salad, which was refreshing and delicious. The mac-n-cheese was different and I would not order it again. The previous recipe was much better. We ordered the made-from-scratch peach cobbler and it was worth the 40 minute cook time. The valet service was quick and friendly and the expected $15 beach cost. We went at 3pm on a Saturday and I didn't anticipate how crowded it would be, I was really glad we had a reservation. The noise level is very high and it's tight to manuver, but the food is so good it's worth it.
The food was okay. It wasn't anything I would rave about. The mac and cheese although award winning was not to die for. The hostesses in the front were incredibly rude and continued to seat parties of two before me and my girlfriend who arrived earlier and had a reservation. The fried chicken was not spectacular. Popeye'a chicken or even the Publix fried chicken hits the spot better than their fried chicken, it was a little underdone. Sides came separately and they did not have many to choose from. The lemonade was good but not worth fourteen dollars. However, as I mentioned the mac and cheese was good and I would probably go back just for that.
Down home taste served with hand crafted creative cocktails. This is a great place to go with a group , the menu had so many things that I wanted to try so it was easy for everyone to order something different and share.
If you love bacon or bourbon, this is the place for you.
It can be a little loud so I would not recommend for a first date-if you really want to talk.
Love the patio and if you like fried chicken, you are in business! I found it to be a limited menu. I still enjoyed the experience but I did not particularly enjoy anything I had to eat. We split the Chicken and Biscuit appetizer and the fried chicken. Everything was just o.k. But there is something about the place that I like and per the other reviews, many people love the food. Just not for me I guess. Overall, a fun place. Try it!
Excellent food, service with lively atmosphere. Bartenders very friendly and helpful in choosing the perfect custom cocktail. Waitstaff is personable and attentive. Fantastic dining experience. Wish there were more of these restaurants in more cities.
Yardbird definitely lived up to all the wonderful reviews we read prior to visiting. The food was amazing and so delicious. Service was exceptional and the décor is really nice. I cannot wait to return to SoBe to go back! I have already told everyone I know about this place. It is definitely a must try while visiting South Beach /Miami area.
We had a hard time with our ACTUAL server (Ryan) coming to greet us. We waited 10 mins for a drink order and no the manger (whom I told about it) didn't bother to apologize or anything. The good news is that once we got Adrian, we had a fantastic time. Good and drinks are always superb. Disappointed in management. Being a server I realize how little they do to rectify situations, they just make them fix all of the problems. Worth the wait, fortunately.
We go to Yardbird every year when we travel to Miami. The atmosphere (on Derby Day) was lively and fun. The mac and cheese side, waffles, and watermelon were sublime! I was disappointed in the Chicken that came with the Chicken and Waffles. Previously we were served a chicken breast with this meal. This year it was 2 thigh pieces and 2 drumsticks. As I do not care for dark meat I just tasted the chicken to confirm I didn't care for it. I wish the waitress would have informed us as I would have paid more for a chicken breast. The drinks, Blackberry Bourbon Lemonade and beer were great. I will be back next year and will definetely ask questions about the current menu.
