   Outstanding server and food quality top notch. Restaurant loud but not unreasonable. Would prefer to see more menu items changed periodically.

   We had an incredible experience at Union Public House in Pensacola! Our server, Madelyn, was absolutely amazing—so warm, attentive, and full of great recommendations. We started with the duck hearts (labeled “you should order this”—100% true), and they were outstanding. The beef carpaccio was buttery and flavorful, and the Scotch eggs were delicious. The bologna sandwich was next level—no words, just wow. We also had the pickled beet and goat cheese salad, which was fresh and well-balanced, and the collard greens were packed with Southern flavor. For dessert, we shared the buttermilk pie and the cookie jar—both were the perfect sweet ending to an unforgettable meal. Union Public House delivers elevated comfort food with bold flavors and a relaxed vibe. Huge thanks to Madelyn for making our night so enjoyable. Can’t wait to come back!

   We love dining here! The chefs special was a short rib pot pie that was amazing! Wait staff was attentive and friendly. It was a great Mothers Day dinner.

   Waited over and hour for our food. We had a noon reservation, got there about 15 minutes early, was seated right away. Took about 20 minutes to get our drinks (alcohol from the bar), ordered and waited an hour for our food that came at 1:25. It was okay but very pricey and the long wait we will likely not come back.

   The food, per usual, was delicious. The service was very slow, and the restaurant was noisy. I was disappointed that my special occasion was not mentioned by the server, unlike previous visits. Will definitely go back again, but this visit was very underwhelming.

   We had the round table up front! The duck was delicious!!! Looking in to using your private dining room for a book club luncheon.

   I used to love Union and would go almost every week. Unfortunately, the service has really declined. The hosts often have poor attitudes, and the waitstaff either seem understaffed or simply underperforming. I had a 3 PM reservation, and despite there being only two other tables occupied, I waited 30 minutes without exaggeration. No one brought water or even greeted us, even though several staff members walked past our table multiple times. The food is usually good, but management seriously needs to address the service issues.
