   This is our second time to Bend and second time to The Brickhouse!!! Both times have been amazing with very welcoming staff, great atmosphere, great drinks, great food, and awesome ambiance!!! This time we had Nathaniel and he was spot on, but the whole package is what will keep bringing us back!!!

   While on a girlfriend's trip to Bend, we dined at Brickhouse on a Sunday evening. The staff was great without being intrusive. The ambiance of the brick building was comfortable. Those in our party had the grilled shrimp as well as the grilled scallops. Portions were plentiful and the scallops were seared perfectly. All in all a nice experience at a fairly high price.

   Excellent location and service. The waiter was excellent and very amenable as we were a large group.

   Very nice place with friendly staff. Yummy drinks and dessert. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

   It was nice to see that the seating had been changed in the fireplace room - not so many big parties - noise level was much better!

   Saturday before Mother's Day. Hard to find reservations. They had an early reservation at 4:30. I wasn't excited about the early start, but ended up being great! Our group of six was seated at a table for six. It didn't feel crowded at the table at all. Plenty of elbow room to shovel away without hitting your table partners. Our waitress was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and attentive. The overall experience was wonderful. I was a little on the pricey side, but Mom was worth it. Would definitely return for another special occasion of some sort.

   The ribeye steaks were thick cut quality meat. I had blackened and give it 2 thumbs up. The vegetables on the plate might need an extra couple minutes on the grill and were well salted. Our starter was the crab cakes and quite delicious. The hollandaise sauce seemed a little non-descript. We ordered the seared scallops for a side. Seared nicely. Salt forward. On the smaller side. Our server was excellent. Seating was good. On the whole, a great experience and a great steak. But for 250 dollars one expects a great piece of meat so mission accomplished.

   As usual our food and service was excellant...have to remember next to share a entree because their portions are very generous
