   Had a wonderful experience at this restaurant Lovely big table Food was excellent The server - Rich B - was amazing and very informative and attentive . Thoroughly enjoyed our evening dinner here for a birthday celebration for my husband . Been before but we will return for sure .

   Very enjoyable dinner. Service was excellent--servers were attentive and responsive. Everything we ordered was tasty and well-prepared (steak, prime rib, appetizers, and dessert). Would definitely come again!

   Only disappointed that owner charges extra for using a Credit Card. You’re shooting yourself in your foot. Change that, build your small 5 to 6 dollar fee in your food cost. Very disappointed. It only hurts your food server at the end of the night. It ticks off your customers.

   From our server Maddie to the wonderful chef it could not have been any better. Was a wonderful evening from beginning to end.

   So this was a first date with a new person. I wanted to go somewhere to impress. Brickhouse knocked it out of the park. The service was beyond compare. The food was excellent. The atmosphere was very intimate. It was a great experience and I can't wait for the opportunity to dine here. Again. Thank you for making it a successful evening

   Me and my husband went here for Valentine's day and it was absolutely outstanding. We came back for our anniversary last night and we left not very satisfied and questioning if we'd come back. We ordered the Pork Belly which was phenomenal (we also ordered this our first time and loved it) we got the beef tips which we both felt was mediocre and feel someone of a difference taste pallet would like more. When entrees came out the A5 Wagyu was amazing which we already knew as we ordered this as well before and loved it this time (although a slightly smaller portion size this time). I had ordered the Filet Oscar which came out undercooked and looked the smallest step from Medium Rare that we got with the A5 Wagyu and wasn't what I had asked for. It was sent back for a plate of the chicken marsala (which was amazing as last time) and a free dessert. I ended up being compensated for the steak and dessert although I had full intentions of paying for it with no issues. I appreciate the management. My husband had some issues with our server throughout the night from leaving before he could order his drink & appetizer while mine had been taken, to not being given a dessert menu until after he had asked for it twice. Along with this he was not given his second dessert he had asked for when we were ordering our desserts. Overall parts of the night were amazing and the food was great while what didn't go well left a sour taste in my mouth. Not sure when we'll come back due to being a bit thrown off about how our night went, but do encourage others. With the right server our first meal here was absolutely everything to rave about.

    Our waiter Richard provided us with detailed recommendations from the menu and the nightly specials and allowed us to dine at our own pace. In addition to his excellent service skills, he was also a fun and interesting person, making the evening even more enjoyable. Paige, who stopped by to replenish our water glasses, always had a pleasant smile and was easy to speak with. All of the staff, including the host ant the door, the other table attendants and the bartender were all very pleasant and accommodating. Our guests who were visiting us from SoCal had the Cioppino and a Halibut special. They could not get over how great the Cioppino was, as well as the Halibut, which I also had and found it to be perfectly prepared and the presentation was fabulous. My wife had her usual filet mignon and said it was as good as ever. Stuart, the general manager of the restaurant, stopped by to acknowledge us, which is always appreciated. The Brickhouse was the first restaurant we ate at when we visited Bend last September and because of that experience and everything else Bend has to offer, we moved here and we are very happy that we did so.
