great place to have a special occasion or just a really delicious dinner.

Texas de Brazil never disappoints. Due to COVID a few things have changed which is completely understandable and acceptable which shows that they are taking necessary pre-cautions and following the guidelines. Our server was more than exceptional, he was very attentive and very kind.

Service was horrible...
Our server Joshua was not attentive at all we had to constantly flag another staff member for help.
He came to our table maybe three times max. No one cleared plates.
We were celebrating a birthday he took no notice of it or bothered to bring a dessert at the end of the night for the birthday person.
The food is normal nothing extraordinary...

I visited Texas de Brazil for the first time to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday and the food was amazing! Everything from the variety of meats to the side dishes were delicious. All of the staff we encountered were courteous and gracious. We also ordered a pitcher of Sangria that was sooooo good. Opt for the pitcher instead of the glass. You will thank me later. ;) All the tables were socially distanced and precautions were put in place for the salad bar and side dishes since they are usually buffet style. I would definitely visit again. It was well worth the drive from Maryland.

Food and service was very good.

Took my husband here for his birthday. The cheese bread was hard and stale. The mashed potatoes was maybe only enough for 1 person (very small portion sizes), and the meat was just ok. Not $50 dinner quality. We also both ended up with stomach aches that night

Service has falling. Very slow and waiter did not check on us so we wanted for a lot of stuff.

We originally had a reservation for 11.30 but it was changed to 12 and when I had called for the price per person I was told it was $26.99. When we arrived was told it was $48.99 and so having to speak to the manager they agreed to give us the lunch menu and the $26.99 price, I was very appreciative of that. The food was awesome, servers and staff were excellent. It was just a totally great experience, so glad we chose TDB over FDC.

NY eve and two employees where very rude to us “enforcing” the no alcohol after 10pm law. We weren’t aware of that law because we don’t live here and we weren’t told either when the server suggested we order a bottle of wine, meaning we had like 30 min to finish up the bottle or at least what was in our glasses. So the manner they came to us to take away the glasses while we were having dinner was rude, talking to us in a manner that you wouldn’t like to go back to that place. We told them that we were going to finish up our drinks, not by chugging, but in a timely manner. However they insisted to make it quickly, starring at us while we were finishing. Then came a second person, same attitude. Terrible experience.

Went there for a date night with my BF. Great experience and will definitely be back.

Great dining experience! Staff was cordial and engaging, the service was outstanding. Nicely appointed dining area, but very relaxed and unpretentious. I would highly recomend this restaurant, and this location in particular.

My family loved the Texas Day Brazil dinner! The salad bar was delicious at the beginning of our meal. We could choose whatever we wanted and they brought it to us! Meats were fantastic-such s variety! Desserts were all beautiful and delicious! My family had the Brazilian cheesecake, crem brûlée, and the chocolate cake! Wow! We were so full. Thank you for making our birthday dinner special!

My family's first visit and it was GREATTTT! The food was awesome, and they didn't miss a beat. COVID protocols were in place and followed to a tee. We will go back again!!

It is as it always is. We love this location and the food is on point.

First, my guests and I could flat out not understand anything out server was saying. English was a second language to her, and after asking her multiple times to repeat what she was saying, we both became a little self conscious about it. The food was fine, but not worth the price. They bring out the lower cost meats first (sausage, chicken, etc.), to get you full, before bringing out the other meats. We had to ask for the lamb, as it was never offered. Thought it was an all inclusive price, but they charged for drinks and dessert, even after we asked if it was included. Glad I check the box for visiting, but I will never go back. I have been to Brazilian Steakhouses all over the world, and this one's rating is appropriate!

Little bit different format than pre Covid but just as good.

The food was fantastic, the spacing was excellent, we were very well cared for, the service was outstanding and we felt safe and secure in this time of the coronavirus

Not sure if this is because of COVID right now but the overall quality of the food and service here has dropped drastically. We're regulars at this location and have come frequently for casual and event dining, and this was the absolute worst experience we've had. The food was average but not up to par, and the service from the gauchos was terrible. We were setup in an area with two other parties and were always the last table approached and often just skipped. There was a period for 20 minutes where no gauchos came to our table at all while the other two tables were served. Just happens that the other two tables were all white/latin customers while our table was mixed.... we brought this to the attention of our server but it didn't make much of a difference. Even special orders requested ended up in the other tables first. Very disappointing.

the gauchos were a little slow at getting at our table. and the meats we wanted were a little sporadic. over all we love it there.

College Graduation

This was my first time there, I was very happy, the food was awesome. It is expensive but the quality is very high and for this special event it was worth it to us.

Always a great experience. I especially appreciated how the servers take your orders for selections from the salad & hot bar. Love the feijoida. The sausage should be sold in stores. I recommend the garlic picayna & the lamb chops - outstanding.

Great ambiance and food! We went for a special occasion and our waitress was so delightful! They are following COVID precautions so the salad bar wasn’t open, but you can order as many times as you want from the limited salad bar. The meat selections are deliciously tasty and cooked perfectly... the Gauchos continually make their rounds so you never have an empty plate!

It was my son’s birthday. We’ve been coming here every year for his birthday for the past three years along with other occasions. We’ve always had great service. I’m not sure what happened last night but it was the worst service ever. It was five of us at the table and from the beginning when we met our server it wasn’t good. We sat down and she stepped on my foot and threw pens not literally but every time she took something out her apron it hit me. I’m not being petty I made light of with the server but I used to be one. So she took our salad orders and we only received two. We were given our flip cards before we got plates to collect the meat coming around. She had to run to go get plates bc she forgot them. Then we were waiting for our salads and soups and only received two out of five and one order of rice and beans was completely wrong and had some grainy stuff that wasn’t requested. The lobster bisque was cold. Someone from our table asked for butter when she brought bread to the table and never received until we were almost done and asked for it two additional times. We were asked about what temperature of meat we wanted and majority of the table was medium but one person wanted well done. She never received the well done meat until the end of our meal and mind you three of us still never received our salad/soup orders through out the time we were eating. We let our server know about halfway through bc we noticed it was taking a long time and we were already eating the meat. She came back with two plates that wasn’t for our table. Somehow our orders went somewhere else or was never turned in. Being that this was my son’s birthday dinner I remained calm and let it go. Then when I asked if she could bring a scoop of ice cream with a candle for his birthday I also had my younger son wanted ice cream as well and asked her to bring him a scoop as well and she said okay. Came back with melted whipped cream and ice cream and no second scoop for my other son.

Waiter was amazing. It is 100% worth the price

The food here was absolutely delicious. I loved that they made the salad bar something that you order through your waiter, so that not just anyone can go up to the "buffet" to get food. Also, all the staff was wearing a mask. It made me feel safe with everything going on with COVID. This was our first time here and we really enjoyed our time
