Overall we had a great time and enjoyed the beer and food. Their new system, due to Covid, has you ordering via a QR code and your phone. It worked pretty well, but there was no way to really ask questions, and the one note I did put on our order was ignored. The one complaint I had about service was the empty drink glasses were not picked up when the food and drinks were delivered.
There was nice running around. We told the servers but no one seem to care. It was very disappointing.
We had a very nice casual dinner for 4. We felt very safe with the social distancing practices they have in place in their lovely expansive outside patio area. Our waiter could have been a little friendlier and more helpful, but for the most part we had a very nice experience.

As an older generation spending a lunch for a family member birthday in the wonderful facility, the virtual access to order etc progress was very challenging for the most of us. Grateful for very supportive & helpful waiters!
We ordered in our phone and didn’t realize we could get up and order from the bar. Once we ordered it did take more than 20 mins to get our drinks & appetizer, but overall made the best of it. Both host were great!
It was a lovely experience as always ! Love the ambience and the food and of course the beer !!
The only drawback is the planes that fly over every few minutes.

Great outdoor ambiance, excellent brews. Food was...given its very paired down menu (due to covid), overall just okay. Ordering online table side was efficient, but underwhelming and lacking in service. Whole hot, the food did not meet expectations and if I could have enjoyed a stone ‘enjoy by’ sixer in my own back yard cooking ribs and/or ‘Korean noodles’ in my own kitchen...then why bother.
Beer, food & location are excellent. Ordering and pay is all done remotely. I understand we’re in a pandemic, but all server did was drop off food. He never checked in, nor could we flag him down. We used the chat feature to request a box. No one showed up. Finally got up to request one at the bar.

The pretzel was great and my pokey salad was great and so was the salad that came with my hamburger. That’s where the story ends. I asked for medium rare. It came well done. They said oh I’m sorry will be right back with medium rare I waited, they came back with another well done. At that point I was hungry so I ate it, but it just could’ve been so much better if it was cooked correctly. I don’t know why it’s hard to cook a burger medium rare. Everyone who is a chef should know how to do medium rare.We love the ambience there it was just a fun vibe but you need to know how to cook a burger correctly.
Great job during COVID
Everything was wonderful. Favorite place to dine out especially during covid. Tables are exceptionally spaced out, nice outdoor relaxing environment.
The gardens and outdoor seating are absolutely beautiful! Such a great space for any occasion. The ordering process is very easy. All the food, as always, was flavorful and there was something for everyone.
Great place to bring a dog. Food was very good. Lost a lot due to QR code ordering. Never felt connected to a server. Airplanes are loud!
The hostess was very busy and flew over the instructions on how to scan the menu, but we didn't realize all of the ordering is done online, on your own. So we sat inside the patio for a little while waiting for a server to help us. Then when we finally realized the entire experience was done on your own, we ordered food and it somehow never arrived. Thankfully, the food and drinks we ordered were time-stamped so the wait staff realized that somehow we had been forgotten. It was a lot of work. I would recommend going elsewhere during this time.
The whole scan and order off your phone is a bad idea. Zero customer service. Took forever to get our food order. Left hungry since we didn’t want to take the chance and wait any longed. I don’t know if this is a Covid thing but its a business killer. Will not go back.
The fact that we had to look at the menu, order and pay all with our phone, we were not very pleased. If I’m not going to have service, I’ll just stay at home and eat. Not impressed at all with the new rules. We left and went somewhere else without these restrictions.
The food was really great and the atmosphere was relaxing.
Was greeted by a snooty hostess, super poor service. May as well have ordered grub hub. Wong be coming back.
Truly enjoyed the outdoor dining. The waiter was super nice and I learned how to order from my phone.

Terrible experience with no real waitress walking around to help you everything is done via the app drinks took 15 to 20 minutes and the food took even longer but not having a dedicated server was very difficult.
This is the 4th time in the last 2 months I have dined and celebrated my birthday at Stone Brewery. I love that we can make a reservation, the atmosphere, and food is wonderful. I highly suggest you to go and enjoy this restaurant.

Outside and Outstanding. These are the two words you need when dining out during this Covid Pandemic and Stone Brewery delivers on both words. We arrived early in the evening around 5:30 PM and as promised we were seating at a table with good spacing with the tables closest to ours. The outdoor atmosphere was so beautiful sitting amongst the trees in the courtyard and as the evening progressed the evening almost turned magical with the lighting strung from the trees. The only blimp on our visit was getting accustomed to ordering with our phones. Yes, there is a Q Code you scan to bring up the menu but it does get a little complicated for a non techie person like myself (thankfully my son was there to help me out.) You can link each diners phone to the same account so your family can all order and have a single check. We started out with an order of the cheese bread and the pretzel. Each came with dipping choices and the cheese dip for the pretzel was the top choice of both my son and myself. My wife had the Fruity Goat salad which she really enjoyed. For myself I selected the “Brewmaster’s Brisket Dip” and my son’s choice was the “Summer in the Garden Rib Platter.” The taste of each of these selections are amazing. The ribs (I got to have one) were as good as I would get at Phil’s and my brisket sandwich was just fantastic. The potatoes that came with the brisket sandwich were like home fries and one of the best I have had. Both these dishes were large enough that we both took half of it home for a delicious lunch the next day. My son had two beers that he enjoyed. Our evening at Stone Brewery was a huge success. We are eagerly awaiting our next visit so that we may try many more dishes. Service was good once you get used to using your phone to text the waiter and parking at the time we arrived was easy.
This is the only restaurant I have dined at since COVID because of it's amazing system/protocols and ample outdoor space with plenty of space between tables. We love eating here!
Dinner was excellent and so was the service
This was our first time eating in a restaurant during pandemic. We felt the restaurant was putting the customer’s safety first & felt very comfortable. Tables were spaced out adequately and they utilize an app you download to order food & drinks. Everything went smoothly & we enjoyed our dining experience very much.
Main issue was figuring out how to order. While the ordering is unique and interesting, it doesn’t allow patrons to ask menu questions or get recommendations from the staff.
Love stone brewing but the contactless service was not good! Won't go back until they actually start serving again. Want to take care of servers but tip for what? Everything was done on the phone (pain in the butt) and then runners threw our orders on our table.
Always love Stone. Not so crazy about having to tip before my food is served but guess that is a necessary evil related to the pandemic. However Stone never disappoints and we will be back - highly recommend - outdoor seating space is lovely.
The goat cheese salad is amazing and the beer is to die for. The covid-service using the phones was fine ordering wise. The “concierge” on the app was pretty slow, but grace in these covid times!! The location is amazing and I’ll forever recommend Stone to anybody and everyone.
