Great service, delicious food
Our waiter, Keif, was wonderful and very accommodating! We ordered the filet mignon and trout and both dishes were so delicious! Thank you for making my sisters birthdays a great occasion!!
We requested and were seated at a quiet area of the restaurant. All was fine until a VERY noisy large party was seated next to us. We should have been offered a move to a quieter location. They were obnoxious and loud!
Absolutely love Seasons good was Exquisite
Absolutely a waste of time and money. It took close to an hour for the entrees to arrive, when the appetizers arrived within minutes of placekick the order. The worst part is we were the third and only other table being served. Our server was the bartender and spent more time serving other tables than ours. He only checked on us one time over 25 minutes after our food arrived. The steak did not taste seasoned and the lettuce was brown in places. Despite showing the sickly color of the lettuce to the server it was not comped. It took almost two hours just to get lunch. Again a waste of time. Save your money.
Great food and customer service
Service was great even though the restaurant was busier than I have seen it in a while!!
In spite of making a dinner reservation we were seated in the bar section yet the dining room was fairly empty. Service was impeded by a lack of staffing, understandable, but pleasant. Food was fresh and tasted great. The mini indulgence dessert seemed thrown together - layers of sandy crumbs were much thicker than the coconut filling leaving the serving unbalanced- the Americano was weak, not sure that there was any espresso involved.
We went for Restaurant Week. The food was excellent, and the price was a great deal. Despite the fact we were ordering from this special menu, they still made substitutions to accommodate dietary health issues and helped by informing us of ingredients. The services was excellent.
The only issue was the background music which was more of a distraction. Never sure why restaurants play "elevator music."
In all the times we've come here, we have never had a disappointment. High quality food. Exceptional service. Wide menu selection. Great ambiance. This is my go-to restaurant for a great night out with the wife and/or the kids.
This is always one of my favorite restaurants!
The food is delectable and the ambience is pleasant and attractive.
Didn't encounter any issues with the service here due to lack of personnel (compared to other restaurants that've reopened). Great server, good food. I enjoyed returning to Seasons 52 after so long.
We chose the restaurant week menu. We thoroughly enjoyed the corn soup, the filet mignon (cooked to perfection - med rare and fork tender!), followed by the mini indulgence. One of our favorite places to go just to eat or for a special occasion. Entire staff very polite, courteous and food was served piping hot!
Delicious food, great service and a lovely setting
Excellent food, Service and atmosphere. Very accommodating for our larger party.
Ordered the 6oz filet medium rare, but it came out extremely rare, almost moo-ing still. Waiter handed me a plate so he could take just the filet back to the kitchen to reheat.... waiter had to he told half our orders multiple times and failed pretty hard on the drink refill... desserts used to be set in layers so a single spoonful gets multiple flavors/textures, but they didn't bother today.
they were understaffed, but very disappointing.
At 5:45 pm they were out of lemonade and crab cakes. The shrimp and grits were flavorless, the shrimp was undercooked and the chorizo grossly overcooked. The server could not have cared less. Have no desire to return.
Excellent for couples or groups. Service was a little untimely in delivering the dishes, however, food was great! Libations were delicious. Sounds were at an acceptable level. Great place to dine.
Group of 8 had friendly and attentive service and all the food was delicious and served fresh, from the shareables to the mains to the desserts.
We were visiting from out of town and met friends for dinner. The food was delicious - all six of us had great appetizers and entrees, from fish dishes to steak salad to summer corn soup. Everyone was happy and our service was great. Our waitress CeCe was delightful, keeping a nice pace to our dinner. Will definitely try a Seasons52 again.
Excellent steak. Lobster tail was ok. Service was very good. Say a table in the bar area and it was plenty of privacy. Will go back
Great food and atmosphere!!!
Our first time out since covid and it was wonderful!
Great meal with fun celebration for Birthdays and anniversary.
Jonathan was our server and took good care of us supervised by Manager Amy who made our night extra special.
Great team work and a wonderful experience.
Can’t wait to come back!
Love Seasons 52! Very delicious and seemingly healthy. Always a pleasure to eat here.
Seasons 52 is absolutely amazing. I made a reservation on open table and we were late so we thought we wouldn’t get seated but they sat us right away. It was my friends birthday and I added that in the reservation so they brought us champagne. Food was delicious and service was phenomenal.
I think the chef was having a bad night or perhaps had trouble getting good ingredients. Both my wife's and my entrees were just okay and my wife's corn soup was borderline bad. The service, however, was very good, which surprised me considering how restaurants are having such trouble now getting good staff, plus the desserts we had were very good. Since we've generally had good experiences at Seasons 52 restaurants over the past few years, my guess is that our mediocre experience this time was an anomaly.
The dining room of this Seasons 52 restaurant is elegant-looking with a relaxed feel to it. You don't have to dress up here unless you want to. Casual or business casual dress is acceptable in this place. Everyone enjoyed their lunch. The salmon salad was delicious and service was outstanding!
The perfect place for a special occasion. The food, beverages and staff are all first-rate. It may be pricey, but worth every penny in terms of the food and the attentiveness of the staff. Make sure to make a reservation; it is no secret how good Seasons 52 is.
The service was great. We were waiting for an additional guest. Once, ordered. The meals took a while to come. So, the Waitress explained that the kitchen was falling behind with the orders. So, we were offered dessert free of charge. It was a welcome place to visit again with friends and family.
Great place to have lunch with friends. Great menu, clean, beautiful place.
Totally shocked at the condition of the restaurant. The place needs a good deep cleaning. I was also surprised by the quality of the food, which was mediocre at best.
Seasonal, fresh, delicious food Excellent service.
Excellent evening. The food was outstanding, the service was wonderful and the atmosphere was perfect. We cannot say enough about our waitress. The AC was the only complaint. It was too cold and the air was blowing directly on us. We moved tables, but it seemed to have followed us. Easy fix...bring a jacket!
My family and I had an great dining experience celebrating my daughter's birthday. I had originally made reservations for 5, but had to add 2 more people. Called the morning of, and Katie was able to change it to 7 at the same time. Upon arriving, everyone was courteous and professional. The ambience is very nice and noise was at bare minimum. Our waitress, Kristine was an absolute doll, very nice and she anticipated our needs before us having to ask. The food and drinks were great. My rainbow trout was seasoned perfectly and asparagus was nice and tender. Everyone enjoyed their meals and we all agreed, we will be returning soon.
Celebrating 2 birthdays and felt very well taken care of
Always good to go back to a happy place. Food, service and price just right.
We really enjoyed our time at Seasons 52. Cammie our waitress was wonderful and attentive. We will be back soon. Thanks!!
Bryan provided amazing service on our anniversary.
Absolutely delicious as always. Ate in a separate room which was wonderful.
The steak soup on the Filet was too salty and overwhelming. Had to get it off the steak to be able to eat it.
