Andrea was super nice! Our first time there! The food was very good! The views are exquisite! Definitely coming back!
This is our go to place to relax and have a great meal.
The service is always excellent .The menu is very unique .The view is spectacular .
Awesome view!! Priceless. Great place to go with family, friends or husband
Great view, perfect for date nights or large group. We were a group of 8 people. Got a nice centralized table. Overall very spacious place.
Starters are amazing and lots of vegetarian options! Not much options for vegetarian entrees.
Service was very slow for us. The food took very long time to get ready.
Besides that it was great and I would recommend this place for beautiful view of Imperial beach.
As a chef, I can attest to the quality and craftsmanship of the food SEA180 puts on the table... Everything was on point.
Awesome times, great staff and outstanding food as always.
Service was great. Food was ok nothing extraordinary.
Food was good, scenery was beautiful & the service was wonderful!!
Food & service was great.
The grilled cheese sandwich, although delicious was not a cheese sandwich but a steak sandwich. change the name and please add a grilled cheese sandwich to the menu
We reserved a table for 4, and specified in the notes that it’s a casual birthday and that we wanted to sit as close as we can to the ocean or fire pit, quite a few weeks in advance. When we arrived they hostess told us that they sat a table at the one they had reserved for us, and the party was there for over 3 hours. They seated us a table that wasn’t either preference that we specified. When we asked if we could move to our original table after that party leaves, the hostess said she would check with their manager and never followed up. The server was great, food and drinks good, and we ended up spending a lot of money, we’re just disappointed in what feels like the lack of care for our reservation that we planned for way in advance, and felt our request was disregarded. My suggestion is: for the future, Sea 180 would retain happy customers if they prioritized reservations a little, and we’re more accommodating when there’s an issue.
Bethany was amazing. The food ANR drinks were great! Thanks for a great social hour.
Made a reservation and we were actually seated on time!! The service was friendly and timely, without being intrusive. The server was knowledgeable about the menu and her suggestions were spot on. We sat outside, not right by the ocean, but could see and hear it. We had the calamari and Seaviche to start, and both were amazing. Best. Calamari. Ever. Also ordered the bread service, which was a rosemary bread-omg.
Dinner was a goat cheese and beet salad with salmon, and the scallops. Again, excellent choices, and cooked to perfection. The presentation of food and drinks was pretty, not fussy.
It was a bit pricey, and they add 4% for the minimum wage increases before it is all done. But worth it.
Some of the staff were masked, others not.
Dined here prior to heading out on a girl's trip to Cabo. The restaurant was lively and energetic. The location is right on the beach. Wish we would have had a table with a better view, but it did not ruin the meal. We decided to share so we could sample more things. We started the evening with a cocktail - cinnamon old fashioned and the spicy mango tango. Both spirits were wonderful and the perfect start. Being that we were on the coast we decided to stick with seafood. Started with the Grilled Spanish octopus. It was cooked to perfection. The puree, aioli, and vinaigrette were a perfect complement to the tenderness of the octopus. It was a very shareable appetizer. We moved on to the Caesar salad. I have to say this salad was absolutely delicious. Loved that they used gem lettuce rather than the traditional romaine. They placed the perfect amount of dressing so the lettuce did not get soggy. Instead of croutons they used puffed quinoa. I loved it. The perfect light crunch and you weren't filling up on bread. On to the main coarse - the scallops. My mouth is salivating thinking about them. The creamed corn brought out the sweetness in the scallops, which were cooked beautifully. The light hit of citrus was absolute perfection. You would have thought we would have been filled up after this fabulous meal, but decided to have a little desert with an after dinner espresso/cocktail. We could not have picked more wisely - Arroz Con Leche. I typically look for something fruity rather than overly sweet and chocolaty this did not disappoint. It was fabulous. The service was on point - never once did we feel rushed. Everything about this meal was wonderful. Will definitely be back.
We have been to happy hour, regular dining, and an event at SEA180 before, so we knew we were in for a treat on our wedding anniversary. We checked our car with the valet which is convenient on a busy summer day in Imperial Beach, and arrived before our scheduled reservation. The hostess accommodated us right away, seating us at table overlooking the beach and the beautiful Pacific Ocean, just before and during sunset. Samantha was our server and she was very attentive with a great attitude, and everything came out at just the right time and tasted great. We shared a really tasty Queso Fundido appetizer, then I had a scrumptious Skuna Salmon meal while my wife enjoyed the Fish and Chips. I prefer the AleSmith Tony Gwynn Pale Ale .394, and my wife was surprised and delighted by the Jameson Mule. The facility is top-notch and the experience is fantastic. We'll be back!
One of our favorite places to go for happy hour. Great ambiance, drinks and food
Best view in all of San Diego county. Lots of menu choices, great service, and always a pleasure to dine there.
Excellent food and service! We will be back!
Ice getting out. Far drive for us but we’ll worth it. Everywhere else did not have any reservation time. We arrived having low expectations but we were surprised at quality of food. Right next to beach and everyone friendly. I would go again.
Menu is good as is food. Great venue by ocean. Recommend reservations for patio seating, we got a table with wonderful view of ocean and pier.
Great experience here always. Service is top notch, and the food is always delicious.
We did have a reservation but arrived fairly early and still got sat with zero issues. Service was friendly and timely and food was delicious. Something on the menu for everyone. Beautiful view of Imperial Beach while we enjoyed our meal. Ordered the punch bowl which was honestly an amazing bang for the buck! Would highly recommend and will definitely return.
Limited breakfast menu, you pay for the view 🤩🤩🤩
Clean, great service, amazing waiters, price of a a little high but all beach areas are the same. But they have decent portions for the price
Friendly helpful staff
I always enjoy this restaurant. The hostess and every single staff member were very cordial as always.
I was especially happy that they have gluten free rolls now. Thanks.
The service was great! Very attentive to detail
Good service , drinks were AMAZING . I tried the blue ocean
Wonderful as always!
Fantastic view. Food acceptable. Outdoor seating excellent.
Fantastic semi-outdoor eating right at the beach. Our Grilled prime cheese sandwich was over-the-top good.
Robert, our server, was gracious and attentive.
Looking forward to a return visit.
Really nice ambiance. Perfect for date night. We will be back.
I requested sitting outside since there were not seats inside.
Even though there were tables available with shade or partial shade on them I was seated in a table with absolutely no shade which made the experience very uncomfortable.
I would have expected to be told that the only seats for my reservation meant sun only.
I would probably think twice to come back to your establishment.
The view is spectacular. We all had a different item for breakfast and everyone thought their food was good. Our waiter was friendly, efficient and helpful. Great place to enjoy all California has to offer.
Birthday celebration was okay had to remind server that we were celebrating
Table was great unfortunately after eating here several times before we noticed that the quality (taste) wasn’t as good as it used to be on Eggs Benedict and sauce on Chilaquiles wasn’t as good as before.
Perfect nite. Cassandra provided excellent service and Priscilla was wonderful at the bar!
The menu is limited but there was something for everyone. The calamari was very good. The Tito’s Smash was an excellent summer drink. Our waitress was very attentive.
Great food, service was wonderful and the ocean view was amazing. The outdoor patio was comfortable and we had a nice conversation with Erin (operation manager) about family, community support and how we are all really connected. Will return often for date night dinners.
