It was a perfectly decent experience, but for a $240 bill I do expect a little more. The service was definitely good. Our table was extremely close to the next table, such that it was impossible not to listen in on their conversation and vice-versa. The bread was dry and unpleasant. Our entrees were good and their creamed spinach is what made me go there—I remembered it from a past visit (in Seattle) and it was just as good this visit. No huge complaints, but at that price point it doesn’t compare favorably to other restaurants in the area.

The staff is unfriendly. No complements are served with the entry. It is all allacarte and very expensive. Menu is pricey for the quality and quantity of food. Service was also slow. It took long to get the food served.

Great Food, but need a little value for price. I ate pre-fix menu.
The food at this Ruth's Chris was and always is great. Unfortunately, they seem to be letting the place go and it is overwork, and not very comfortable seating. The service os moderate at best, and they seem to have a great deal of difficulty finding reliable,friendly people for the front desk.
Brought my parents for their wedding anniversary. Everything was outstanding. The staff made my parents feel very special!
Worst piece of filet at any price
This is a high end, high cost restaurant. However, the food is exceptional and plentiful. Its a great location for treating yourself
My wife and I had surf and turf entries. The calamari appetizer was different, but was addictive and good! The lobster tails were succulent, and the butter dipping sauce was delicious! The asparagus was tasty. The big disappointment were the filets. Although they were cooked to perfection and very tender, they were the blandest filets that my wife and I have ever been served. I'm not quite sure why this was the case, but it ruined the meal for us, for all practical purposes, that was the reason we went to Ruth's Chris Steakhouse in the first place.

The temperature of the steak was inconsistent, and one was slightly overdone while the other underdone. We sent the undercooked one back for a correction, which turned out ok. Given this, I'd say the higher than normal prices aren't deserved, but that's just my opinion.
Waited 10 minutes for seating with a reservation. That wasn’t too awful, but once we sat down, all we had for 23 minutes was water before even our drink & entrée order was taken. I was extremely specific about my allergy to spicy peppers and was still served Sriracha with one of my appetizers that forced me to take a Benadryl. Upon receiving my steak, the temperature was incorrect. I’m bilingual and could hear some wait staff’s genuine comments & unfavorable opinions about other patrons. With that in mind, I didn’t want the remainder of my already mediocre service quality and food integrity compromised. My husband just wanted to leave at that point, but I didn’t want to battle the Valentine’s/Weekend Dinner crowd at another restaurant. He didn’t even order dessert and we were celebrating two additional special occasions, which I aforementioned to management when placing the reservation, and unsurprisingly went acknowledged. 😢 I must say that the only reason my gratuity was considerable was due to the affable nature of the support staff (i.e. hostess, bartender, and three food runners). We’ve frequented other wonderful Ruth’s Chris establishments several times, but this sub-par experience has been the worst and far from world-class hospitality and soiled our holiday. 💔
