Was there for a concert, food took forever and we were late. They were either understaffed or didn’t anticipate what was going on in the community.

Our waiter Matthew was very attentive to our requests. The reason for the low stars is because it took the kitchen over 45 minutes to serve our food. The food was delicious, as always once it arrived. We made a reservation for 5:30 and were not seated until 5:50 and the restaurant had many tables open.

We arrived for our early dinner (5:15) and still had to wait to be seated. The server had to ask us twice for our drink order, with lengthy delay in between. At 6:30 I had to ask for the bill as we didn't want to continue to wait to pay. Our meal was hot and my husbands steak was cooked properly, but mine was like it was zapped in the microwave--and it became well done rather than medium. The baked potato was wet. If we had more time, we would have sent it back as a baked potato should be dry, fluffy, not shiny and wet as well as my filet. The quality of the meat was not what we expected either. Our grocery store sells better cut of meat that what we were served. Where we were seated, the restaurant was not busy. Just very disappointing for the expense and not enjoy the meal.

Overall good food and ambiance. They didn’t have the ingredients to make lobster bisque or serve a seafood tower which is the only reason we went there. Expect to wait 15-30 past your reservation time.

Worst experience at a Ruth’s Chris ever. Worst service. Food was all wrong. Had to keep reminding servers to bring things. Took over an hour to get our food. It was just a shame, really bad.

I understand "off nights" in restaurants, but this was an exceptionally bad experience. From checking in at the hostess stand to service in the restaurant to the quality of food - there was nothing about this experience that was good. It took 45-50 minutes to get our salad - only after we could flag down our server who mentioned in passing that the order was not put in. We received our steaks - filet was slightly over cooked, but pretty good. My boyfriend's ribeye was horrible - instead of medium rare it was medium well, but it also was not tender or have any flavor. It was one of the worst steaks I've had at a steakhouse. They forgot the Brussels sprouts and when we received them, they were undercooked with little taste. I've eaten at several different Ruth's Chris, but I have no intention of eating at this location again.

Well I wanted to celebrate my birthday some where I thought would accommodate me the perfect elegant way even booked under birthday occasion but no one even told me happy birthday or offered dessert/ free dessert anything. Spent over 150$ here I could have went to another restaurant this was not cool. Applebees would have had better service.

Wait staff was very attentive to our needs. We sat in the room off of the check in and check in area did get loud. Overall would be back 10/10.

The worse steak house experience we’ve ever had. Upon entering the lobby, there was confusion as to whether or not we were going to be seated, even though we had a reservation. We were asked to “have a seat” in the lobby chairs while whatever confusion was abound was being sorted. Patrons before us and after us were seated. This should have been our sign to just leave. Eventually, we were taken to a high top in the bar area, except our reservation had specially requested standard seating. Since we were celebrating our anniversary, which was acknowledged by both the host and manager, a more intimate setting should have been offered. Strike one. As our server was explaining some background details of the place (they are proud that their food is served on 500deg F plates) and filling our water glasses at the same time, the second glass was grossly overfilled and water went all over. Strike two. We each ordered a cocktail, which as it turns out, was the highlight of the evening. The drinks were very good. I had an old fashioned and she had a glass of Cabernet. The server was pleasant and, up to the point of ordering, very attentive. We both ordered an appetizer and then our entrees, each with a side. My appetizer of lobster bisque arrived fairly quickly. The bisque was good but served lukewarm. (Apparently, the only food they serve hot are their steaks). Her appetizer of stuffed mushrooms never did arrive. And no one stopped by our table one time to check on how things were going (not too well as my bride watched me eat while she nibbled on some just ok bread). Strike three. Eventually our entrees did arrive, on very hot plates as promised. Except my order of surf n turf was missing the surf. And her appetizer was still no where in sight. A manager eventually atopped by and we explained that her appetizer and my surf were both MIA. He apologized and within a few minutes, both arrived. The steaks were pleasant but my side of garlic potatoes was not hot and flavorless.
