    I had heard that this was a great restaurant, so I decided to have our wedding anniversary dinner at Ruth Chris Steak House. We entered the restaurant about 10 minutes before our reservation time. We were greeted and seated in a very nice area. The waitress was wonderful, she gave us a brief introduction about the origin of the restaurant (this was our first visit) and continued to tell us about the menu choices. Our dinners were hot, cooked per our request and very tasteful. My husband had the ribeye steak and I had the T-bone steak. Needless to say, we could not eat it all and had to carry the rest home. The service was great. I had a steakhouse that I favored, but Ruth’s Chris is now my favorite Steakhouse, because of the service, atmosphere, and the tasty meal that we enjoyed that helped to make our anniversary great.

    My bf and I frequent here often for birthdays and anniversaries. The appetizer this time was a little dry for the crab cakes and it didn’t come with any aioli sauce or anything. Lastly the main course steaks were phenomenal my bf got cowboy steak and I got the filet mignon however the lobster Mac and cheese was a little dry and a little shy on the lobster. Besides that we liked the mashed potatoes and cut of meats. We also loved the cappuccino after!

    We love Ruth’s!! We were celebrating our 48th anniversary and saw Ruth’s had a seasonal special of Bayou Lobster topped petite filet and we had to try it. It was amazing!

    Steak cut was grisly for a fillet and overall did not set well with me. Over seasoned in some places and not others and undercooked to my ask.

    Ask for the server Drew! He always makes our experience more enjoyable! Good jokes, and very attentive but also has amazing table approach timing! The perfect server!

    Food was great! Service was not very good. Our waitress Joy pretty much ruined it for us. She said the computers went down but after several things were a no show it got old. And she just really didn’t care. No apology…no empathy. We’ve loved Ruth Chris for a long time but after this experience we may not come back.

    It was a birthday celebration, hence the visit. We ordered the osso bucco ravioli. It came to the table barely room temperature. We would have sent it back but our waiter, Thomas did not return for us to tell him. He came next with our meat entrees and our baked potato that he had already divided into 3 servings tho we had not instructed him to do so. All 3 of us ordered red wine, none of us had the same vintage. We all agreed for the price of the glasses the quality could have been better. It was nice that the restaurant opted to gift a dessert for the 75th birthday. The meat for all 3 of us was cooked as specified. I don't think birthday celebrations will be at Ruth Chris again. You asked. I responded
