   We had a reservation and we were called on time!! Great service and the food was amazing. Our waiter was top tier as well

   Always a very good meal. A bit pricey but the service is always great. If a mistake happens they have no choice making it right.

   Our food was very well prepared as we had ordered. Our server, Sam, gave us all the time we needed to make our food and beverage selections. No rush. He was very attentive.

   We had a really poor experience at Ruths Chris-MB tonight. The ambiance was lovely as usual but almost every step of the meal was average to poor. Silverware was missing-no forks and we noticed it when the appetizer came, the waiter (Brendan) didn’t check on the drinks or appetizers, so we shared the one fork on the table. Sad. I ordered the filet rare and while it was pink to light red in the center, it had a charred top that made each bite taste dry. The most frustrating thing-Brendan never checked back until long after the entrees were eaten. Ruths normally has really great service but this waiter was pretty apathetic. He never apologized for being gone for long stretches of time.

   Food wasn’t as good as it normally is. Stuffed chicken was dry. I normally get extra stuffing but was told because the chickens were already pre stuffed there was no extra stuffing. Bread came out cold. Garlic potatoes were barely warm. Sweet potato casserole didn’t taste fresh. Waiter was very slow and barely checked on us.

    We love other RC locations, that being said, our night was a little off. We were celebrating our anniversary and the dining room was very loud. Lots of fat on my NY strip steak and my wife’s filet was swimming in hollandaise from the Oscar style (too much) and it wasn’t plated well. Overall, not the caliber of what we expect from RC. We are locals and I doubt we will be back.
