We had a wonderful dinner at Ruth’s Chris just after the County opened things back up. Our waiter was William and he was outstanding. The food was scrumptious and the atmosphere perfect for our romantic evening. Can’t wait to come back!

Server Franck was terrific, food great as usual
It's a lovely venue and the service was good. Unfortunately, the featured steak - bone-in t-bone - was over-cooked and dry.
William our waiter was amazing
Not the best meal I've had at Ruth's Chris, but certainly passable. My only specific issue was with the side dishes that arrived lukewarm. The lobster bisque was also luke warm and had only one small piece of lobster. Very atypical for a place that normally gets everything right. 5 star service, though, thanks, Meg! And nice job of physical distancing. Still love this place. Recommend.

Everything was spot on including exceptional service (Christine?). One thing I will advise is that lately steaks here have generally been coming out a bit less done than I am accustomed to. The good news is it is pretty consistent. You may want to order one temperature above your usual preference if that is an issue for you. Nice job with social distancing. Highly recommend.
William was a wonderfully attentive waiter that made sure our first experience here was great! The food came out fantastic. Would recommend.

William was our waiter and he was excellent . Attentive . Drinks were great
Ordered cowboy ribeye med rare. Came out med well. Had to wait for waiter. Finally shows up at table. Takes steak away but leaves sides. Does not give me a plate even after asking for 1 to at least eat the sides. Waited 10-12 minutes. Steak was now cooked correct but sides were cold. I mentioned that the sides were cold. Looked at me and then walked away. Nothing was comped. Basically ate the steak and left the sides. What happened to the Ruth’s Chris I used to know.

Amazing experience
Great food and ambiance (as always). Our service, however, was subpar. He was completely in awe and distracted by another customer (who was later identified as a “regular”). Our server walked past our table (at least 6 times) to check on the “regular” without ever checking to ensure everything was going okay or if our table needed anything. The person who bussed our table was an absolute delight. She actually went beyond her duties by providing an extra plate, boxing our food and placing the order for another drink (the same things we saw our server rushing to do for the “regular”).
22 year wedding anniversary.
We chose Ruth's Chris to celebrate our anniversary, and they took great care of us, decorating our booth and even giving us complimentary desserts. I greatly recommend this place for your special occasion.
Our server was excellent and really helped my teenage girls find things they liked, and they're both picky eaters. I also thought the "happy anniversary" decorations for our table were a thoughtful touch.
Great ambiance with social distancing as a priority.
It was my husband’s birthday. The table was decorated for a celebration and our dessert was comped. There was plenty of wait staff and patrons were seated at an appropriate distance. Although, a party was seated behind us, (we were in a booth), that enjoyed their cell phone during dinner, and let the phone ring and ring at one point.
Very rude, and I told them so. But we were ending our dinner and didn’t let it ruin our evening.
All in all, the food was excellent, even though the creamed spinach was a little runny, and the chopped salad, was a bit over dressed. The servings were generous and the steaks were done to perfection.
Had a wonderful Birthday celebration . William took great care of us and was very compliant with social distancing guidelines.

Lovely meal, Justin was amazing, we ordered Ruth’s Classic which is a set of starter, filet + shrimp or crab cake or lobster tail, and a choice of side. We had a great time.
Birthday, very nice experience.
49th Anniversary. The restaurant had a lovely table that was set aside for us and decorated with sparkles and a card from the establishment. They recognize that we have been there before and our server, William, was perfectly attentive.
Great food. William was a great waiter. I had a wonderful dining experience.
The food was better than we’ve ever experienced. I also felt comfortable with the social distancing.
Waiter forgot my wife’s order. Of course they rushed it when found out.

Son 26th Birthday
Overall great experience on date night. Fast complimentary valet, appetizers came quickly. Drinks took awhile. 40oz porterhouse for 2 cooked medium rare to perfection.

We were one of two maybe three tables in the restaurant.
Service was woeful.
Seafood towers presentation was not up Ruth Chris's standard.
Failed to bring small plates for the seafood appetizer.
I had to literally wave after 3 minutes of no employees in sight to get small plates.
Steaks were overcooked and the asparagus were mushy and stringy.
Probably my 20th meal in this location.
