Si bien la comida es aceptable, el servicio y los intereses del restaurante dejan que desear. Se aprovechan del cliente! Solicite un spaghetti a la boloñesa con la albóndiga de una polpetta y me cobraron por un plato del spaghetti a la boloñesa + un plato “polpetta” cuando la idea era cambio de proteína. Albóndiga en vez de la carne molida y fue lo que se vió en el plato.
Por tema de transparencia han debido de aclarar que cobrarían dos platos completos pues la lógica manda que no, sino solicitaba los dos platos y yo mismo los mezclaba. Una burla y cero desglose de ingredientes.
Después solicité hablar con el administrador y desconfió de mi palabra inmediatamente, diciendo que confía a ciegas en su mozo, abrazándolo fraternamente demostrando públicamente que no existe protocolo alguno de medida de pandemia covid. Cero distanciamiento, cero medida de salubridad, cero imagen de confianza por parte del restaurante de que toman medidas de higiene en épocas críticas de coronavirus. Ni imaginar como elaboran tu plato en cocina. Ojalá que con mascarilla, desinfectando las manos o guantes, y no tocándose entre cocineros.
Si bien la comida es aceptable, es un restaurante de imagen insalubre y sobre todo, que se aprovecha del turista para llevarse mas monedas al bolsillo.

Falta de mantenimiento al lugar, varias goteras. La relación precio calidad muy mala. Es muy caro para lo que ofrecen. Los platillos insípidos y las combinaciones malas. De tres platos que pedí, los tres malos. Muy caro para los alimentos e instalaciones que ofrecen.

A very special night in a special place. The food and the staff were excellent.

Very good atmosphere on the lagoon outdoor dining was very relaxing. Our appetizers and dinner was very fresh easy to share with our family of 5. Our servers were very attentive and kind. We got to talk to the lobsters too! Highly recommended for family or date night. Atmosphere is very casual, clean and nice.

A great place for a quality Italian cuisines. Everything was very fresh and the service was amazing.

Excellent dinner and ambiance. Service above par! The food was superior! The manager showed us their mascot Limoncello (the crocodile), made it for an interesting eats out by the patio. I would highly recommend. Very friendly.

Top notch experience with the food, wine, service. Made two more reservations for return at Christmas and New Year’s!

No me advirtieron con mi reserva que el restaurante cierra a las 10:30 por temas de pandemia lo cual hizo que todo fuera muy acelerado

En cuanto a los alimentos mi pasta estaba insípida creo ha venido a menos el restaurante

El restaurante está situado sobre la Laguna y tuvimos la suerte de ver pasar nadando a los cocodrilos de la zona, el ambiente es romántico y al exterior se está muy agradable, yo pedí unos ravioles de calabaza en aceite de trufa muy ricos Lo único que no me gustó ver, fue las langostas vivas en un estanque para que la pesqué ni se las coman en ese momento, es muy triste 😕 pues soy amante de la vida y la naturaleza por esa razón no como animales ni me parece el maltrato ni la explotación

The food ambiance and service was impeccable! Our waiter Umberto went above and beyond. The soft lighting and sitting on the water added to the experience. Very authentic Italian cuisine

Our cab driver recommended this place and it was fantastic. It is quite large and a great design so every seating has a nice view of the bay. My husband and I both had the Spaghetti Bolognese which was really good and a large portion. I think the cost was $I5 US dollars or there about and I had the arugala and pear salad around $8 US dollars- was excellent and my husband had caesar salad, also great. The bread is a flat bread and melted in your mouth. I also tried the limoncello martini and was a bit tart for me so I just added a dash of simple syrup. Prices were very reasonable and on point for italian fare. We heard piano music and thought it was piped in but realized it was live in the bar. That pianist was absolutely amazing and concert worthy performance. I wish we would have stayed longer to listen to him in the bar. The bar was very quaint and this live pianist would have been icing on the cake. Even if you don't eat here, stop for a drink and listen to this guy play piano. We were told he performs Thur-Sun from I think 8p-11p.
