Not easy to say what was the best. Remarkable place to dinner and enjoy fusion Mexican food. If you are local you will enjoy it the most, and if your are visiting our country, please taste and enjoy what great Mexican food taste like.

Restaurant was empty, seated in terrace area sharing venue with bar and adjoins restaurant. Really bad disco music blasting. Service was good if not a bit awkward as I have many times find typical in high-end Mexican restaurants.
Staff was pleasant and maybe overly attentive as I was the only and “solo” diner.
Missed instructions on my cocktail order.
Menu looked very good with modern twist on Mexican traditional items and/preparation.
Ravioli on mole broth sounds more rich and savory than it delivered. Broth poured table-side was just not as savory to represent mole as I envisioned.
Duck entree was good, but not spectacular as both reviews and price would prepare you for.
Desert chocolate cake was amazing and best part of meal.
Not sure I would return as lots of other dining opportunities in CDMX.

Great service and really pretty good food too. The view is spectacular and the bar was really hoping.
Overall we would revisit. The dining room is large and very Executive styled - like a board room. But we did enjoy the meal. We chose this restaurant because it is open on Sunday evening and we wanted to continue eating and drinking Mexican food. It has a quirky and creative way of treating local ingredients and our problem was understanding how they play with ingredients that the chef told us were part of his grandmother’s cooking. The ravioli was delivered in a dark brown jus with a foam of another ingredient that definitely needs explaining. The next course was beef cheek that had been cooked for days and came with small pieces of refreshing lime and a little chilli. Finally we had beer ice cream with chocolate sauce and banana cake. This was the only thing we were disappointed with. The cake was a little too heavy and the ice cream didn’t taste of beer. Having made alcoholic ice cream I know how hard it is to get a clear taste and still get it to set. But the pastry chef might try to get an essence to help with that.
6 out of 6 dishes were bad. Kale salad had a bad bitter aftertaste, the Suckling Pig was nasty greasy, the chicken was perfectly cooked but the mole tasted like it came from a Maggi mix, the rice was watery and bland.
Service was correct, but they did not dare to ask why the plates were almost untouched when tables was cleared.

El sabor de la comida no era lo que yo esperaría de un lugar tan binito. Fuimos a desayunar mi novia y yo. El servicio de 10, el lugar hermoso pero el ingrediente principal no estuvo a la altura. Pueden mejorar el sabor... aún así, volvería.

Sunday brunch was great. Veuve Cliquot champagne was constantly served. Food was good, especially the seafood. A little disappointing that there is no egg/omelette station. They have seafood, sushi, cheese/meats section and a grill section. Service was great.
Uno de mis preferidos de la ciudad , por el simple hecho de estar en el ST REGIS y todo lo que esto representa. Los mejores desayunos con un Buffet de primera. Vale la pena.

El restaurante Diana del ST REGIS es un muy buen restaurante y lo recomiendo principalmente para los desayunos y claro el Champagne Brunch los días Domingos de súper lujo.

Diana Resturant is a fine dining Mexican place INSIDE the St Regis México City with a Superb Terrace. Very good Sunday Brunch with Veuveclicquot Champagne.
The food was good; however, the starter which was suppose to be warm was half cold. Not a good way to start dinner.
