Hakkasan - Fontainebleau Miami Beach calificaciones y reseñas
The food was outstanding and our server's recommendations were very helpful. This would have been a five-star experience, but for the horrible, incessant thud, thudding base from the frantic music blasting through speakers near our table. We asked several times if it could be lowered, but to little or no avail. So what could have been a near-perfect meal was not.
The ambiance is inviting from your first step in. The service was paced perfectly, like our concierge, guiding us through our culinary adventure. Highlights were the duck salad, green salad with crispy lotus root, and Peking duck...all were outstanding. An unforgettable dining experience. If you've never been here, don't miss it. Highly recommend!!
It is only a three star, because it is way overpriced. I guess at the Fontainbleau you can get away with it and survive, but top to bottom the food and drinks were crazy expensive. My wife and I don't eat a lot and had a couple cocktails each, and it ran us almost $200 with tip. Again, food and service are impeccable, but pricing could be cut a bit, especially on the drink side. I could make most of those drinks at home for a lot less.
Food was tasty especially dim sum but there was an obvious attempt to cut corners eg chicken and hot chili peppers dish included 50% inedible chili peppers. Lemon chicken was very ordinary. Service was impatient and insincere and lacked hospitality and enthusiasm. Room is very dark. Restaurant needs a general boost
of energy. Altogether disappointing and poor value.
Hakkasan has been our go-to restaurant for several years. But sadly the food is no longer special. "only at Hakkasan" stir fried tiger prawns and walnuts lacked flavor; the spicey lamb was neither spicey nor recognizable as lamb. The only reliably good dish was the duck salad. Very disappointing.
Great food! The duck is amazing, I was hesitant in trying it out but totally worth it. They also have a mango mousse dessert that is just exquisite. I recommend you try both of those plates. They also have a deep fryed lamb that was great! Anyways I would go there and try a different plate everytime. Chef is amazing!
This was our second visit. However, service and ambience was not like the first time ,just few days back.
Seating was in front of computer billing area - zero ambience
We had asked for regular water, no ice which was not understood in spite of repeating or maybe the noise , very surprisingly and we had to unnecessarily pay for bottled water.
After main course, dessert menu was not handed over for quite a while, which put us off and we ate dessert elsewhere.
Ordered a mushroom lettuce wrap ( vegetarian) which we have had before and instead got a vegetable wrap with no mushrooms .
Guess, it was a one odd poor service day as has been excellent otherwise!
The cocktails and food are amazing. The drinks were varied with fun, great tasting ingredients. They were gorgeous to look at as well. The food is family style. But, it is so good you won't want to share. The dim sum was beyond perfect - a must try on the menu. Followed by the crispy, Asian honey beef.
The private/closed off areas are beautiful with dark, carved wood and soft light. The seating is nice and it feels rather private.
The bar is spectacular as well. Came back after dinner and dancing at the BlueBar (also in the Fontainebleau) to sit at this beautiful bar for more cocktails. The back lighting on the brick moves and resembles water. It is stunning to look at while the lighting is low and with good people. Full food service at bar as well.
A completely wonderful place to eat, drink, and enjoy one another's company.
Wait staff was impatient and bordering on indifferent given we were a party of 6 and a 20% tip was automatically included in the bill. Food was good but massively overpriced even by NYC standards. The staff seemed more intent on turning the table than ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
Though it was 6 pm and the restaurant was empty, they have me a table next to the cash register where the waiters gathered to tLk about their work days and complain about one thing or another. I had been to this restaurant at least five times before but this time the food was horrible . The waiter kept calling me My dear. Goodbye Hakkasan
Very little portion, not very tasty.
Very expensive for the amount and quality of food received.
Service not the best. The server did not explain which sause goes with which meal.
We heard a lot about this restaurant ,but unfortunately it was not to our expectations
