Red Sage also offers a private dining experience for any need. Our smaller Private Dining Room can accommodate 14 guests and our larger room can accommodate 14 to 30 guests. Both spaces are perfect for Receptions, Dinners, Conferences, Board Meetings, Rehearsal Dinners, Baby and Bridal Showers, Birthday Parties, Anniversary Celebrations, Intimate Dinner Parties, and Corporate Dinners.

Red Sage has a diverse Wine Selection of domestic and European varieties. This collection includes local New Mexico producers and wine makers with familiar labels and approachable pricing.

We have been there several times and had good experiences. This experience was not very good. They have a great wine selection that the wine menu did not reflect. It was missing several pages! Service was rushed! I told the waiter we were not in a hurry. Salad was brought out prior to us finishing our aperitif and appetizers. Then shortly after the main course came out after we just started our salads. Sent them back and told them we wanted them recooked. Come to find out they were not our order and was sent to another table. In the end the steak was excellent!

We enjoyed pleasant and attentive service during our dinner at Red Sage. The restaurant is in a lovely setting next to the pool area at the Buffalo Thunder Hilton Hotel. Most of the food was very good, but I wouldn't advise ordering the potatoes au gratin. It was served as a rather bland slab of indiscernible potato mixed with other substances. We especially liked the crispy fried shrimp with Korean garlic sauce. Overall, we were very pleased with our meal and would recommend the Red Sage for a special night out.

First time at this casino. Bree was great waitress. Overall good place, not unreasonable on prices. God wine, service, vibe. Nine in ribeye was good and the Calera Pinot was boss. And the chocolate cake with whipped cream. Great place.

Red Sage is wonderful, whether you eat in the dining room or at the bar. The food is perfect, the selection is great, and the service is impeccable. The steaks are always done to perfection, and the wine list excellent, both reds and whites. Every time we have been to Buffalo Thunder we have eaten in Red Sage at least three times during a 6-7 day stay. Don't miss it.

Reserved a table at 715pm and they couldn’t seat us for 30 minutes or more. Went to another restaurant down the street. What’s the point of of a reservation for this restaurant?

Our blackened salmon and filet mignon was excellent. Our service was great in spite of being understaffed. I highly recommend this restaurant.

We just love to be at Red Sage for steaks!! We always split everything from the great Caesar salad to the ribeye. Perfect with an added breadbasket. No room for dessert. Service was excellent and friendly.

Food was very good and reasonably priced. My only complaint is that my wife and I went for the evening to Buffalo Thunder to celebrate our 40th anniversary. Noted that on the reservation. Not a word was said about this on our arrival or any other time during the evening. Why ask "Is this a special occasion?" during the reservation process if nothing about it is acknowledged? Other places, it is usually mentioned when we arrive, mentioned by the wait staff, and many times something special to commemorate (i.e. special desert) was done. Other than that, as I mentioned, the food was excellent and the prices were very reasonable for a restaurant of this caliber.

The restaurant is very beautiful. It’s very chic and has a low noise level for being inside a resort. When dining we were disappointed with our wine as the bottle was bad. We had to reorder drinks while our waitress seemed confused about what we meant by the bottle being bad. The food was also disappointing. We ordered a variety of appetizers and felt that they tasted frozen and were not worth the hefty price tag attached to them. I was not pleased with the experience and will not be going back. This restaurant used to be wonderful. I’m sad at how it’s gone down hill.
