Zibu Allende emerges from a fascinating past, from the encounter between Asia and Mexico through the Galleon of Manila, a ship loaded with great treasures such as silks, porcelains, jewels and the precious spices that have enhanced the cuisine of Mexico and the world . Zibu Allende rescues this story and takes it one step further by creating a new gastronomic concept: the Mex-Tai cuisine, which fuses Thai cuisine with Mexican haute cuisine to produce a unique menu and this remember and pay tribute to those who contributed to this exchange of flavors.     We loved the service, ambiance and the live music. The four of us ordered the tasting menu. The food was excellent, and the selection of foods was very interesting and tasteful. We thought pricing was fair for the quality of food that we received.

    The food was delicious! The Thai fish & octopus were best we’ve eaten. So good. Our server was very slow & disorganized which took away from the experience. Luckily the bus boy was on top of service so it made up for it. A bit out far from main part of town but beautiful setting and they had live music.

    The hotel complex Zibu is located in is gorgeous. The menu is a fusion of Thai and Mexican as the chef originated in Acapulco, and the seafood dishes were amazing. Nice selection of local wines. Georgina was an attentive, knowledgeable and fluent server and made our experience even better.

    Nice place but the food was a bit too overdone. Great flavors, but a bit too sweet. We enjoyed it anyway and the place is pretty.

    Very beautiful setting. Valet parking was a plus. Menu was reduced somewhat due to date, Christmas Eve… that was somewhat disappointing. Service was very attentive.
