We had a dinner reservation but, unfortunately, after just a few minutes we decided to leave. From the moment we arrived, we noticed a general lack of care in the outdoor areas, with poorly maintained garden spaces and bird droppings in several locations. Once we reached the restaurant, the situation became even more disappointing: the sofas and seating areas were visibly dirty, with numerous long dark hairs clearly visible. After politely asking for the seat to be cleaned, the only response was the removal of a cushion. There was no apology, no attention to the issue, and no genuine effort to address a situation that, in our opinion, should never have occurred in the first place. What struck us most was the complete lack of hospitality. There was no welcome upon arrival, no effort to make us feel looked after as guests and, when we decided to leave, nobody showed the slightest interest in understanding why or attempting to remedy the situation. The experience was so unpleasant that both my husband and I ended up with dirty clothes simply from sitting on the assigned seating. We therefore decided to leave and immediately book dinner at another hotel, where we found cleanliness, hospitality, professionalism and genuine attention to guests — everything that was unfortunately missing from our experience here. I would, however, like to thank the reception team, who handled our complaint professionally, sincerely apologized and assured us that the matter would be reported to the appropriate management team. At a Four Seasons property, one expects impeccable standards of cleanliness, service and attention to detail. Unfortunately, our experience fell far below those expectations.

Outstanding. Attentive waiters who were so friendly. Amazing food and very nice cocktails too. Obviously a little on the expensive side but well worth it. Would highly recommend

What a wonderful dinner with a view from the rooftop. We were kept cosy with heatlamps and the service was 5 stars and the food from appetizers to mains and desserts were mouth watering and delicious

Le service était très attentionné. Malgré la pluie, l’équipe a fait de son mieux pour que nous ne soyons pas obligés de manger dehors. En entrée, nous avons pris des gyozas et quelques sushis : les gyozas étaient bons, mais les sushis décevants. Les plats principaux étaient corrects, sans être très recherchés. Bref, une adresse qui peut convenir si on a simplement faim, mais pas pour une expérience gastronomique.

The Zest Roof Top Bar is located in a beautiful setting at the Four Seasons Hotel Marrakech. Amazing, knowledgeable, attentive and friendly staff, who were thoughtful when greeting us. I enjoyed the Black Cod dish, which was just lovely and full of flavours and delicious! Exceptional cocktails! The service was impeccable, with views of a great sunset and the Four Seasons at night. This restaurant has great ambience and atmosphere. The DJ was pretty good too! We look forward to our next visit. Highly recommended!
