Made a reservation the week prior and unfortunately they refused to honor the reservation time and told our party we would be placed on the wait list. It took over an hour for our hamburger orders to be made. The food was good, just unfortunate to be an exceptional wait time.

The waitress was excellent and made sure we had any drinks or water that we needed. We sat in a booth and she made sure that if we need ketchup or extra items we had them. She was exceptional!

Sunday Breakfast: Unsatisfactory; will not return. Ordered two eggs basted, but served two cold poached eggs. No jellies present or offered for toast. No ketchup present or offered for breakfast potatoes. No coffee refill offered; initial cup not hot. Cafe omelet served my wife had ingredients not consistent with menu. No English Breakfast tea available—inventory depleted. Poor service despite few customers. Cleaning bottle sitting on beverage counter/station. No service unless you call out for it.

priceof wine by the glass was higher than an airport bar for Supermarket wines completely out of wack... Meomi $31 for a 9 oz glass CRAZY all other prices were as excepted

My wife and I went here to celebrate our anniversary. This was our 2nd time here and we absolutely loved it the first time, but were disappointed on this trip. The service was terrible. We waited 15m after being seated until I got up and went to the host stand to ask if we had a server for our table. The server continued to be slow throughout the evening. I ordered the steak and I had to remind the server of how I wanted it cooked before he tried to walk off. The food was okay, service was bad, atmosphere was good.

The food here was amazing. The calamari was the best. Our entrees were just as spectacular. I'd say service was ok. Our server didn't check on us for water refills or drinks. I had a great old fashioned but I didn't asked if I wanted another until we were all done with our meals. Great food, a bit pricey, service could use a bit of a cheer up.

I love Well and Good’s ambience, service and food. The food, especially the lobster Mac was delicious, the waiters are gracious and attentive and the dining room is beautiful. We had a great time and will be back soon
