   Siempre dejan pasar mucho tiempo entre las entradas y el plato fuerte; necesitan más rapidez en la cocina.

   Tuvimos excelente servicio. Hubo un error con un platillo que nos compensaron con un postre sin ningún inconveniente. El trato es de primera. Ampliamente recomendable.

   El personal muy amable, las porciones, calidad y sabor de los alimentos me parecieron sobresalientes. Festejamos aniversario y de cortesia nos ofrecieron postre panacota delicioso. Me gusto que la cocina sea abierta y podamos ver como preparan los alimentos. Lugar muy recomendable para visitar.

   Service was exceptionally slow. Arrived for our 8:00pm reservation, seated immediately. Told by our server that drinks were on for two for one! Nice. We ordered appetizers, cocktails and water within 15 minutes- cocktails showed up 45 minutes after ordering. Granted we were a table of 7 but very frustrating to watch the bartender have to look up each drink in a recipe book as the others melted out on the counter. Ordered our food as the cocktails and appetizers arrived. At this point I ordered a bottle of nice Mexican Nebbiolo. Drinks were great and appies good - no sign of our waiter to order another cocktail, which would’ve been very nice. Then we waited....and waited...... and waited. Finally the entrees arrived and there isn’t a place to put them down as the cocktail glasses, bread plates and appetizer plates are all still in the table. The staff get that fixed, serve plates out and one order is mixed up-no big deal; it happens. Send it back to get the potatoes replaced by the ordered pasta. Still no wine and several of us have had our cutlery cleared. None of Us start eating as we want to wait for the missing meal and the cutlery to arrive so we can eat together. Finally the mixed up order returns looking delicious and our server is off like a shot-no cutlery. Still no wine on the table. I’m tired of waiting, go to the bar- get our wine, a corkscrew, wine glasses a tray and start to return to our table - our server reappears and I quickly instruct him to get the cutlery to the table; I handle the wine. Now, I really mean this - the food was exceptional! The flank steak was had by two people, one with potatoes and the other with pappardelle. Both chunks of beef are intensely flavourful, tender and perfectly cooked. The rest of our meals were great but the flank was the star. Oh, I almost forgot- the factura arrives and the drinks aren’t 2:1 - I ask why and was told ours didn’t qualify. Seemed like a load of crap to me but by then I was worn out-11:45pm.

   Was a Wednesday and a quiet night. Everything was delicious and service was great! Great Italian in Mexico!

   The appetizer was great .... Beef Carpaccio I is imported not made at the restaurant The problem with the pizza is that I am from NYC. Therefore I like my pizza crust a certain way The photos on the website show a texture that had big bubbles on the crust making me believe that the crust would be light and thin. That is how they make it in New York But that is not what they served us The bottle of wine was priced well `we were the only ones in the place for 90 minutes. I figured bringing int he `golden zone it there would be more people The toppings were great but the crust tasted like cardboard so that ruined the taste.
