This is a very average place in every way. The seating was unmatched chairs, the food was ok (nothing to be truly remembered). Nothing about this is it will be remembered, good or bad.

Rico la comida, buen servicio, buena ubicación. Solamente una cosa no me gustó: los camareros hicieron presión de recibir 20% como propina: perdón pero eso es decisión del cliente!

Very friendly and attentive staff. They brought my daughter a birthday desert and sang happy birthday, very sweet. Every meal was interesting and well seasoned. It was clear the chef actually tasted the dishes and prepared accordingly.
We appreciated the option of a smaller portion for light eaters.
The restaurant is situated where you cans sit near the malecon for a view or inside (also open air) with more privacy. Interesting artwork and ceramics built into the wall and mirror on the back wall. Good lighting, not too bright or too dark.

I don’t know why we have waited so long to visit this restaurant. We enjoyed the water view while eating the most delicious food. This was one of my favorite meals in puerto Vallarta and that’s saying a lot!

The food was outstanding the roasted cauliflower appetizer was amazing. The fact that a lot of their entrees can be ordered as a 1/2 portion makes the restaurant a must try. Our server Antonio was one of the best waiters we have encountered here in PV since we’ve
been coming here for the past 12 years..

Great location. Used to go all the time. Skipped for a year and it’s still not good food. Waiter was bordering on rude.

Delicious salad and entree here. Salmon grilled with lemon was very good. Service was great and it’s on the malecón at sunset so the ambiance abounds

The food and service was very good. As a long time customer I enjoy the restaurant.
However on this visit we were given a table with metal chairs. Very uncomfortable.
I complained and finally got a normal cushioned chair.
Please inform the restaurant of my critique.

Great location, excellent server. All four enjoyed their meals. Seafood pasta dish had very generous prawn component. Will return.

We went there for Valentines dinner ( have been before) but realized this place is living off the reputation of its sister restaurant Trios- but without attention to detail and focus on its customers and culinary techniques
The menu is dated and is the chef is still mixing numerous ingredients on plates with no attention to the simpatico required between flavours and textures . it’s time to simplify the menu - focus on more modern food trends andy ramp up the service quality

Went on Valentines with low expectations. Was so excited to find them serving their full fabulous menu up to their usual high standard. Staff were so overworked but generally stayed on top of things. A must visit in PV

Vitea is one of the best restaurants in Puerto Vallarta. It’s great for breakfast lunch or dinner. The wait staff is wonderful and very accommodating. The food is terrific.

We had an outstanding dinner at Vitea. Food and service were excellent, and location is very enjoyable, especially watching sunset. Appreciated owner/chef’s personal visit to our table to discuss my food allergy. Definitely a must dinner spot every time we’re in PV.

we eat here a few times each year and last year we were disappointed, but not this year. vitea has redeamed itself. both the food and service were excellent!

Nice beach location however the food did not live up to other Puerto Vallarta food experiences. The vegetables were overcooked and the chimichuri and pesto were mediocre.

This place was amaaazing! Good atmosphere next to the beach front with a tranquil setting and very accommodating staff. The desserts, especially the apple tart was the cherry on top.

We’ve been visiting Viteas every year since it’s opening and have never been disappointing. A broad menu with many different flavors and tastes. Each are prepared and presented with care. I would especially recommend service by Antonio or Nabor. Finally, the site provides a wonderful spot to view a beautiful Puerto Vallarta sunset.

The calamari was a little too over cooked. I get it everytime I go, just not as good as usual.

Wonderful location right off the Malecon of PV. We’ve been coming here for years because of the good service and consistently good food. Recommend the beef tips, the shrimp and gnocchi, and the whole red snapper when it’s the special of the day!

We always come to PV and we always have dinner at the Vitea restaurant! (It is always good!)
