   It was our first visit to the restaurant. We took our son and his girl friend there for his birthday. The wait staff was pleasant and attentive, but the service was as best disjointed and mismanaged. We ordered two cocktails and two glasses of wine. The cocktails arrived after about ten minutes and the wine did not arrive until approximately 15 minutes later only after asking if they forgot the wine. They brought the olive oil for the bread with the bread arriving about 15 minutes later. The entrees arrived staggered over about 15-20 minutes and the fish dishes were only lukewarm. They did not provide a dish to place the empty mussel shells onto making it necessary to go through the shells to find the ones not eaten. Needless to say, none of us enjoyed our meal there and most likely will not return there.

   Ashley, our server was fantastic, made us feel so comfortable. The food was incredible, and the dessert reminded us of the one we had at a Michelin Star restaurant in Puglia. We’ll be back.

   I read several reviews before I booked. I am surprised that some felt the portions were small or the food not great. Our meal was great, and we departed with leftovers. Everything was very nice on a quiet Sunday night after a long weekend of work. We had the pleasure of Jesse as our server but also had a nice, brief chat with her sister - they are wonderful. We can't believe we missed this place for two years! We now plan to make up the lost time and meals. A true gem as far as we are concerned. I have dined all over the world and Vacanza has a nice, relaxing vibe / atmosphere that left us walking out with a sigh of contentment. See you soon!

   We’ve been here a few times. Service is stellar from being greeted immediately to service to at the end of our meal Dominic stopping by to make sure everything was good. It was!

   Love this place! We had the Amberjack yellowtail …delicious, the elderflower grapes were so good! The Potato Agnolotti taste just like a deconstructed loaded baked potato yum! And mushroom cappaletti was so pretty, I can’t believe I didn’t take a picture. It was fantastic. Great food, amazing service! P.s. save room for the lavender honeycomb cinnamon roll you won’t regret it.

   The restaurant has a really nice ambiance. The food was awful. The pasta was raw, lasagna was dark brown (burnt?) , ravioli was cooked but bland. The owner/manager was lurking around the tables assessing the servers which very obviously put them all on edge. Our waiter was friendly but obviously feeling pressure from the owner/manager and would check on us every 3 minutes. It became disruptive at that point. I told them about the pasta and they took it off the check so that was nice. I would not recommend going. It just isn’t worth it, especially for the price. Might as well go to any other restaurant in the same plaza.

   Dominick was a great waiter. Quite the salesman which I didn’t mind. Halibut was good. Risotto was cold but they heated it for us and added more lobster. Lemon Drop and Italian wine was excellent.
