   Déception totale Repas très médiocre: Brie au four servi juste en croûte, absence de fromage Tacos avec agneau et crudités : absence d agneau Point positif le guacamole… on aurait du s arrêter là Rapport qualité prix dramatique : 50 euros un repas de snack

   This beautiful second floor restaurant overlooking the Tankah Bay was a perfect alternative to dinner in our rental just a few steps down the beach. Definitely worth the visit …

   We made a reservation for 8pm for 10 people, and were staying at a hotel just down the road... when we arrived, they seemed like they were closed.. and hardly any greeting or anything. They had us wait as they set up our table upstairs in an open air dining area over looking the gulf. Ambiance and setting was gorgeous.. but the service was sub par.. two guys sat downstairs and did nothing while one guy ran food.. I couldn't ever order another drink. The food was inedible... the shrimp was mushy and had a strong fishy smell.. my whole red snapper was burned and dry... my buddy's steak was well done (ordered med rare).. and wasn't even chewable. Risotto was like plain rice.. shrimp also had to be removed b/c smelled so bad.. there were only 2 other guests eating here, and now we know why... .it was a wasted $100 USD for food we couldn't even eat... someone needs to better manage this place, as it is beautiful...

   I made a reservation here but once seated no one served up for 30 minutes, so we left. The views were nice but the service was not.

   Fantastic health conscious high end restaurant overlooking the beach. Excellent food, refreshing cocktails, and service that made us feel like family. Highly recommend.

   This restaurant was within walking distance of our hotel. The hotel that it is in is very new and beautiful. The dining area is, as well. The service & food was fine. I took 1 star off for being served chilled red wine (yuck). I complained & was given room temp instead.

   We had an amazing meal at UMBAL for our family of 10! Drinks, appetizers and entrees were excellent. Alfred was our server and he really went out of his way to make us happy! I definitely recommend this spot!!

    Great service and good food. Really enjoyed eating here during our stay at Nerea. Service and food were great. You can’t beat an open air experience overlooking the ocean during sunset and the sea breeze.
