Twin Peaks - El Paso
I made a reservation before hand, once i got there the hostess said there were no reservations allowed. They gave us a table no silverware or napkins, waitress took our order took a while to get our food and drinks. Drinks finished and waitresses was no where to be found until the end of the game.
Great food, wait staff was very attentive. Definitely will be coming back.
This peaks doesn’t honor opentable reservations, so if you’re signing up on this page don’t waste your time and if you moderate this site take peaks off your page
Our group had a good time at Twin Peaks, however, we were advised that they do not honor Open Table reservations, upon our arrival. This can be an inconvenience to those with larger parties who have made reservations online, via Open Table, thinking that they have reservations, but in actuality, their reservations are void. We were told upon arrival of this, but we were reluctantly seated by the hostess.
Used the "reserve now" tab on their website. I was able to reserve a table for 8. When I got to the restaurant they had no clue what I was talking about. They said they do not take reservations on weekends. Weird, cause I just reserved it right from the website. Thankfully they weren't that busy and we were able to get a table quickly. Service wasnt that great. we had to ask multiple times for kids menus and then later were told they had menus but no crayons or pens. That's like giving a kid a toy and telling them not to play with it. Really slow service
Was told upon arrival that they don't take reservations.
Twin peaks does NOT take Open Table reservations. We showed up expecting a table to be ready but we’re told reservations were not accepted.
I called ahead to confirm my reservation. And, I was told that they did not accept reservations on weekends and game days. I asked to speak to the manager explained that I had confirmation of my reservation through Open Table. He said that he couldn’t honor the reservation. And, that corporate was in charge of managing the reservations on the Open Table app. He said that all he could do was to put me on the call ahead list. But, that he had many parties on the wait list. I declined his offer, very disappointing that he refused to honor our reservation for a small party of 4!
Management does not honor table reservation, but allowed customers to save empty tables.
No reservations were taken , even when it was reserved online
They do not do reservations.
Twin Peaks did not honor my open table reservation. Still a pleasant visit.
They will not honor reservations on the weekends, it’s a long wait.
Our order was messed up for 2 of us. Then we were charged for sweet potatoes fires which I ordered with my hamburger and regular fries were given instead of sweet potatoes fries. Our drinks could of been refreshed sooner. Food was good, hamburger could be bigger. The gift basket at the table was a nice touch.
Came to watch football game and ambiance was good, drinks were good and food was ok...
When we arrived the hostess said they didn't take reservations from OpenTable... Another hostess came and figured it out and sat us. Not too busy, week night. Hostess said she would return with a kids menu, but never did. We sat for 30 minutes with no service. Waitresses walked by and smiled, when we asked they would say it wasn't their table and they would find our server... but never did. They would just all stand at the hostess station, laughihh talking and on their cell phones. Never even had the opportunity to order a drink. We walked out and I mentioned to the manager that we waited for half an hour with the waitresses just walking by. He yelled out asking us to stay, like we were cattle. Obviously, we don't we recommend it.
Great sports bar. Lively spot and lots of fun. Scratch kitchen. Coldest beer in town
