Tupelo Honey is a revival of Southern Comfort Food and traditions rooted in the Carolina Mountains we call home. We craft brunches, lunches and suppers that bring family and friends around the table and allow for conversations and cocktails to linger longer than usual. With the help of culinary experts in the region, our executive chef has created the quintessential Appalachian dinner. The Sorghum Pork Bowl features pork confit wrapped in Benton’s Country Ham prosciutto, served over a bed of stone-ground goat cheese grits and a bean medley with spinach and bacon. Over top is a sweet-but-savory sorghum black pepper glaze, popped sorghum, and a sprinkle of chives. This dish will fill your belly and warm your spirit! Don't forget to wet your whistle with our Apple-achian Shine-tini, featuring Ole Smoky Apple Pie Moonshine. These Appalachian-inspired dishes are available for a limited time only.

    This dinning experience was very mediocre. Some items were good, others bad. Made a reservation for table in the dining room but was seated at the bar. No service for 15 minutes, had to ask the hostess to send over a server. Brussel sprouts were burnt, fried chicken sandwich was good, not great.. wouldn't go back just to get that sandwich. Both pumpkin soup and the chicken tortilla had flavor but was not hot enough. Cobb salad was ok, nothing social. The restaurant was freezing, 3 of the 4 of us had to go grab a sweatshirt in the car. Overall, this restaurant used to be one of our favorites, but now we wouldn't make a special trip there. In fact, pretty good just isn't good enough!

    It is hard to imagine that Tupelo Honey could have done anything better. The food was excellent and the service was really good, even though they were VERY busy due to a convention just letting out for dinner. Well done!

    Food was delicious and service was great. I had the mahi mahi and my husband had the Asheville chicken. Both were delicious.

    Food was good, food came out like warm and the waiter was very polite and offered to get a new one. He was very nice and kept the water refilled

    The Host and Manager were extremely rude. No Manners , no welcome in ,no how are you. That’s common curiosity. Our reservation was at 7 we got there 10 minutes before and they seated 6 different parties before us. Thats after telling us they gave our reservation away to another party on accident…. We had to kindly remind them we were waiting for more than 20 minutes. They were sorry and they seated us at a table that was empty the entire time we were waiting (outside seating). We were also with a baby so we had a infant / stroller :) and asked to be somewhere that wouldn’t bother others walking by. I would suggest a new profession or a refresh training how to greet and speak to people. On a positive note.The waiter was amazing and the food was delicious! !!!
