   The staff was friendly and all meal/drink items came out in a timely manner. The food was very flavorful and to die for! The ambiance of the restaurant makes for a relaxing meal and the background music helps to bring the whole mood of the restaurant together. I would definitely recommend this place to others and we will be back!

   We started with fried green tomatoes for an appetizer- excellent! My wife had shrimp and grits which she said was really good. My catfish was fried with a creole sauce over a bed of sautéed greens and jambalaya. The catfish was cooked perfectly and the greens, jambalaya and sauce had just the right level of spice. The service was excellent and we will definitely be back again. We ate before a performance at the Paramount which worked out perfectly.

   The food was delicious - Gumbo was as good as you’d get in NOLA. The staff was decent. The only complaint was that the server wanted to take our food order before we even received our drinks, ordered upon seating. Very happy overall and will recommend to others.

   My husband and I went to Touché French Creole to celebrate his birthday. The decor is absolutely beautiful, and the vibe is classy yet casual, the staff is attentive and nice. There's a full-service bar if you choose to only have drinks or have your meal at the bar as well as ample table and chair seating with a nice modern vibe. The drinks were awesome, not watered down! The food was AMAZING!!!! They don't have salt and pepper on their tables and DO NOT NEED THEM! It's well-seasoned and so delicious!!! I had the truffle fries as an appetizer and salmon beautifully plated over braised greens with a side of Mac for dinner. My husband had the voodoo tomatoes as an appetizer and fried catfish filet over braised greens and jambalaya also with a side of Mac. Oooooweeeee beeeeeeebeeee!!! I mean DELICIOUS!!! Then to top it off the beignet with Carmel sauce. I swear I thought I teleported to Cafe du Monde in New Orleans! Light, fluffy, perfect!!! Chef's kiss! It's moderately priced and you get a bang for your buck! We loved it!

   Drinks did not arrive until after our meal. Server seemed overwhelmed. Would like to see poor boy and etoufee on the menu.

   The food was excellent. The host was very pleasant, the waitress was always making sure we needed anything, and the ambience was beautiful, not over crowded. I highly recommend a visit. The two 24yr old chef/ owner did an awesome job on the food and the presentation.

   We recently celebrated Mother's Day and my husband's birthday with a special dinner at Touche, and it truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the beautiful ambiance—elegant yet welcoming, with an atmosphere that made the evening feel festive and meaningful. For our main courses, my daughter and I both ordered the Louisiana catfish without the jambalaya (we don’t eat pork), paired with side dishes of macaroni and cheese. The catfish was perfectly seasoned and tender, and the mac and cheese was creamy and satisfying—comfort food done right. My husband opted for the full Louisiana catfish dish with the jambalaya and loved every bite. Our son ordered the smash burger and declared it one of the best gourmet burgers he’s ever had, high praise from a true burger enthusiast. The drinks were also a hit. My husband really enjoyed his Hurri’Kane’, a bold and flavorful cocktail, while I sipped on a Mardi Gras mocktail that was festive and refreshing. My daughter was a fan of her lemonade and mentioned more than once how tasty it was. For dessert, my husband, son, and I shared the Bayou Brûlée, which was a deliciously indulgent end to the meal—rich, creamy, and with the perfect brûléed top. The only small disappointment for me was not being able to order a side of collard greens. I was informed that the greens are only available as part of the Louisiana catfish entrée, which made me wonder if perhaps the supply was limited that evening. Still, this minor hiccup didn’t take away from our overall enjoyment. What made the experience even more meaningful was knowing we were supporting a restaurant owned by young, talented Black chef-owners who are clearly passionate about their craft. My husband is already talking about our next visit—he has his eye on two or three more entrées to try! Touche is a gem of a restaurant—delicious food, a wonderful atmosphere.

   Delicious food but it took a long time to come to the table. May e because they are open for a few weeks only. Nicely decorated and good ambience.

   This restaurant is gorgeous; the service was impeccable, and the food was delicious. We went for brunch. My favorite was the vegetable omelet and the grits. The grits were the best I have ever had. We will definitely be back!
