Leo, Pep, and Jim Osmanollaj, three brothers from war-torn Kosovo, arrive in America, seeking a better future.

Leo, Pep, and Jim decide to expand their culinary ventures. They open their first mini-chain, "m2o Burgers & Salads," in Philadelphia. The restaurant offers a wide range of made-to-order burgers and fresh, healthy salads, garnering praise from both locals and visitors.

Embracing their Albanian heritage and desiring to reconnect with their roots, the brothers along with chef Rich Dobies introduce "Toska Restaurant & Brewery" to the Philadelphia dining scene. Combining their love for food and craft beer. At Toska, the team craft wood-fired pizzas and a variety of dishes all complemented by their own handcrafted beers. Toska has distinctive flavors, warm ambiance, and the brothers' dedication to preserving their Albanian heritage in Philadelphia, PA.

    It was trivia night at Toska. This was not known to us until the questions started and the noise level increased. So, we moved back downstairs in order to hear each other speak. Beer was good. Pizza was good. I would return.

    Went with a friend. Tried the Albanian specialty along with a craft beer on tap. I enjoyed my meal.

    Food was so good and their HH food deals are so amazing. Very accommodating to families. Vibe and decor are super welcoming. Few little things that could help make it a 5 star experience 1) bring dinner entrees all at the same time 2) know the HH specials or bring the HH menu

    Very much enjoyed our dinner at Toska Restaurant and Brewery. Everything sounded delicious and we were hungry after a long work week so wound up over-ordering in waves--our server kindly started taking orders as our group rolled in. That only means that we've leftovers to look forward to! Our group of 6 shared 6 appetizers: - Bavarian Pretzels (VG), which were nicely browned on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside (and the leftover sauce was drizzled over other parts of dinner!) - Toske Meze: Sujuk (beef-based Albanian sausage, which was very mild in flavor), feforona (seriously hot peppers), ajvar (roasted red pepper dip that was a table favorite), feta cheese, and Albanian olives medley - Fried Cheese Curd, which were piping hot and a table favorite - Cauliflower Wings (VG), which were piping hot and delicious! - Fire Roasted Brussels Sprouts (V) - Short Rib Poutine--I always forget that poutine rather ruins the crispiness of fries...I think I would've preferred eating fries and cheese curd separately, but that's just me! We then each ordered a wood fired pizza, including: - Korean BBQ, which needed more zing (maybe addition of kimchi?) and heat...I also missed the taste and texture of mozzarella - Fried Chicken - The Shroom - The Veg Overall reviews were favorable--good size pies with plentiful toppings and nicely chewy crusts. The space is large--seating both downstairs and up, with upstairs split into two dining rooms (one a few steps down). Definitely recommend stopping by!

    My cousin and I had one of the oven fired pizzas and we split a caesar salad. Pizza could have been a bit warmer/hotter when it came to the table, but flavor was wonderful despite not being as hot out of the oven as I would have liked. Caesar salad was fresh, crispy with ample dressing, cheese and crotons - and it was enough for us to split between us. Hostess at the door and servers were all attentive and prompt with seating us and taking our order. Great experience on a Saturday night in Mt. Airy.

    When myself and my guest arrived we were seated upstairs there was no one in the restaurant so us waiting 15 minutes before someone came to wait on us was beyond me. We shared the wood fired wings which were good and I had the Korean BBQ pizza which comes with short rib on, it has a little quick to it if you like spicy food. My guest had the pizza with fried chicken on it and said it was just ok. More folks started to shop up and I believe Wednesdays may be trivia night we were surprised having never been to Toska. I do believe they could be a little more diverse in their music and trivia questions. The cocktails were cool, could be just a little stronger. Overall it was good and I would go back. The bartenders were nice and also were the ones serving.
