We chose to dine here for our 30th anniversary. We noted on the reservation that we would like a nice table because we were celebrating. No thought or consideration was given although there were much better options. First table was right by the door. The second was in the middle of two loud groups. Family members stopped in before we arrived wanting to surprise us by sending dessert to our table. They were told that wasn’t necessary since they would be providing it for our anniversary. Had we not asked about that at the end of our meal (awkward), nothing would have been done. Waiter had no idea. Although the food was good, overall the whole experience left us feeling very unimpressed with no desire to go back 😒

Loved our server and the atmosphere. It was a bit loud but only noticeable when we conversed with our server. Chicken Parm. was a 10/10; Sea Bass was a 7/10, but its sea food served in Michigan so expectations were met. Dinner & drinks for two @$150 seemed a bit steep, but we loved the atmosphere and service.

The service was excellent. We had the bolognese (meaty and good but a little salty) and the ravioli (excellent… will order again). Focaccia is very good with salted butter.

We had reservations for dinner here after we got married (it was a courthouse wedding with just the 2 of us) and the waiter and restaurant manager were amazing (friendly, helpful with the menu and attentive) . There was a congratulatory note and candles on our table when we arrived which was such a nice touch. We ordered the bread board, chicken marsala and chicken parmigiana. Everything was delicious and the chicken was so tender. They topped us off with a dessert, the peach costada, which was also very good. The waiter wrote a sweet, heartfelt note on our receipt and that just really made our day. We had a great experience and will definitely be back again!

I was let down with Toscana, they offer no restaurant parking aside from 3 spots in front, so your next option is to pay $10 at the hotel’s lot or valet. Out of 6-7 Pinot Grigio menu offerings, they were out of stock of all, but 2 of their most expensive bottles. They sell $20 La Crema for $60. Bread is not complimentary and my Carbonara did not reach my table hot, making it sticky and difficult to stir. Our waitress also offered no table service throughout the meal, after purchasing a bottle of wine and still water, but we witnessed her pour the glasses at several other tables. Would not return, value for quality & service isn’t there just yet.
