No whale watching except the fountain but food surpassed expectations. Would definitely eat their again!
Excellent restaurant incredible ambience, not just a dinner spot you can go hang out and listen to the band and have a few drinks. Highly recommend it
Amazing! I recommend this place highly!!!
Absolutely Fantastic. We started with cocktails outdoors and then had the best, absolutely best, dinner! We had the octopus appetizer, yellow ceviche, tuna sashimi, soft shell crab tacos to die for! Baja wines are unbelievable!
Our server Gio was outstanding. The entire staff was great. Food was excellent.
Muy buena comida y el lugar espectacular sin embargo creo que los precios están exagerados y si no te fijas en la cuenta intentan meter un gol. Eso me dejo un mal sabor de boca
Thank you for a wonderful evening, delicious food, attentive and professional service in a beautiful setting.
It's the best place in Cabo to start and finish a day, the staff is top-notch, ambience is excellent and the food is simply awesome!
The food and service was top notch! For some reason they had a band playing on the back patio that was so loud we couldn’t hear the waiter or ourselves talking. I thought it was strange to have , bad wedding music blaring in an otherwise beautiful, classy restaurant
We were in Cabo for vacation and this was our first visit to Toro Latin Kitchen. The staff was excellent, the food good (although you should pass on the octopus), but we sat outside and a live band played which was way too loud for our taste. We couldn't hear each other speak, very disappointing for what was generally a good culinary experience!
Amazing experience with excellent attention to detail. Thank you.
Just driving up makes you feel special. Beautiful restaurant. Food was great! Would love to come for lunch and see it all in the daylight!
It is one of our favorite places to eat,, the food and the service are wonderful. But honestly the value is questionable . Food is reasonable for this quality of food. But ,, 20$ margaritas?! We have been buying and enjoying Mexican wine but they are selling 50$ bottles for over. 300$... that’s a bit too much of a mark up.
Amazing dining experience. I would highly recommend going.
Great experience and our waiter was patient and highlighted several dishes explaining each one with energy. Will be back
Absolutely amazing. Just keeps getting better and better. A must try if you are in Cabo or San Jose.
Awesome food, awesome staff and a setting to die for. Need I say more? :)))
Service was terrible. They have multiple waiters for one table and nobody knows what the other is doing. Someone is always coming by trying to take your plate, silverware, the food you haven’t finished and asking the same questions. The manager Antonio walks around doing nothing, but tapping marbles together (not kidding) making it one of the most annoying dining experiences we had in Cabo!! Food was ok, sushi roll was very good. Extremely loud. This is our 2nd try and we will never go back!
This restaurant is FANTASTIC! Creative and delicious cocktails and food! Anytime I am in Cabo, this place will be a must!
Excellent restaurant. The food, ambiance, and service is great. Definitely recommend.
Everything here is always so amazing. Was happy to introduce friends to this gem of a restaurant that can be mistaken for part of the Esperanza resort. Anything on the menu with a Toro special is delicious. I’ve never wanted to eat crab but their soft shell crab tacos are a DO NOT MISS. Also recommend the short rib tacos. We usually get sushi rolls but decided to try the Escoba fish. Worth it. I highly recommend Toro!
Loved Toro. Will definitely be back next time we visit Cabo!
Next time I would choose to sit at bar or on back patio with view of the beautiful fountain. We sat in side room with no AC - little stuffy. No view of beautiful bar or fountain.
Beautiful spot, valet parking, cool open bar and kitchen, excellent service and cocktails
We had the best time at Toro. Our wait staff was excellent which included Francisco Martinez and Jovani. For food we had short Rib Tacos which were amazing, burger was super tender and moist. Can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.
Absolutely fantastic, in every sense of the word. From walking in the door, to closing up our evening. Plan to go back again before we head home. YES! It was that good. The people. The food. The atmosphere!
Amazing food, service, wines and setting outside stunning.
Bonito lugar, nos toco un grupo musical, demasiado fuerte, no se podia platicar, buenos alimentos, precio alto pero asi esta todo en la zona
Four of us enjoyed a wonderful meal at Toro, from start to finish. The entrance is beautiful and the bar area very cool design, starting us off with some 'wow' factor. We loved our table on the outside patio.
We followed our waiters suggestions and started with the short rib taco, tuna chicharrone, followed by a soft shell crab roll, tuna tiradito, jamaica-kampachi tiradito peruvian ceviche, finished with a delicious cheesecake dessert. Everything was artfully prepared and presented. We really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely recommend trying this unique restaurant.
Wonderfull!!! Fear price for the envoirment, service and food!
Great service Food excellent Just wonderful overall
Outstanding we had the chipotle -miso fish and the octopus .Both were out of this world !
Food and ambiance is amazing
The staff is very attentive meeting your every need . The restaurant is beautiful ,the food is fabulous , and presented beautifully . We have dined here quite often when in Cabo and it never disappoints .
Do not pass up the Mexican coffee or dessert !
I’m not one to review restaurants but this was a particularly bad experience. To start, the directions to it on Open Table is incorrect, we were 20 mins late to our reservations bc we didn’t know where the restaurant was located. Service was subpar. Food was mediocre. It was so dark, the staff has to carry a flashlight so that you can see the menu. Acoustics were terrible. Valet driver was useless. We had to ask for the check 4 different times. We weren’t even sure who our waiter was bc so many were poorly tending to our table. I had to ask for a glass of wine from 3 different servers before one was brought to me. Vibe was weird. For $200 for a meal for 2, you’re better off going to anywhere else in Los Cabos. We’ve been in town for 3 weeks and this was our first bad meal.
Music was way too much base. All you heard was base and it gets quite annoying.
The staff was very friendly. The service and attention to detail was outstanding! Not our first time at Toro and it certainly wasn’t our last!!
Excellent food great atmosphere. One downside was the portion size were small.
Súper recomendable, el mejor servicio Jesús!!
